Stephanie the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly she knew exactly what I needed and helped me pick out a unit that fit my needs. The storage unit and facility were clean and the entire process was smooth and easy. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. My move was very difficult due to my life situation and she was always there with a warm smile and her sweet nature that always put me at ease.

From my first call to the 800 number it was great customer service. I can't remember the young lady name that help . She answered all my questions and concerns. Stephanie the property's manager at life storage in Dumfries is very helpful and professional. The property is well kept. The prices for the storage beats everyone close to the area. I would definitely recommend the property which I did .

Went a few times to check the property out, loved the changes and upgrades! Loved the AC buildings and the easy access to the front office! Looks super clean and well maintained! Highly recommend!

Life Storage Dumfries is a very clean, climate controlled facility that I stumbled across a few weeks ago. When we went by to check it out, we were blessed to be served by Ms. Stephanie. We had many questions, and she was patient with us and answered every one of the with a smile. She was very professional the entire time. Ms. Stephanie is really who sold this location for us. Our move-in was very smooth and easy. Absolutely no issues at all. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs a little extra storage space.

1. The facility is very clean and feels safe.
2. Office personnel are AWESOME and friendly.
3. I made a reservation online and recieved a call the following day, which I found helpful.
4. The entire process beginning with looking at unit to completing the paperwork was only about 30 minutes... They are fast and efficient!
5. They have affordable insurance available in case your home owner's insurance does not cover you.

Stefanie has been an amazing help to me and my family she's definitely the best. Every time we need help she's more than happy to assist us going above and beyond every time. If anyone ever needs anything definitely go see her and she will make sure your taken care of.

Clean, dry, safe. And the folks running the show know their business and are very helpful. In particular, Stephanie was extremely helpful when we were moving from one size to another and realized we go too much space on the back end of the move. Highly recommend this location of Life Storage.
