I called today for only a quote and ended up switching over my insurance to state farm, with the help from Carolynn. I didn’t quite understand how insurance worked until today when she kindly explained everything to me. She was so kind through the entire process and did a great job catering to my insurance needs and answering any questions I had as well as made sure I was eligible for any savings I could possibly get. She helped me save 120$ today and I couldn’t me more grateful! Thank you, Carolynn!! :)

We contacted Kristy 2 years ago to get our insurance set up with moving from another state. She was very helpful from start to finish. Any questions we ever had with our policy, she was very quick to respond and always followed up with us on anything we asked about. Would keep her as an agent if we were not moving to another state again. Will miss her service and kindness for sure. Would recommend her to anyone in the Marysville area.

Carolynn on Kristys team was the best. She took a lot of time to help me get the best coverage possible on all my policies. She educated me on everything and made the entire process easy. Kristy was amazing. I called for my mom who is 79 yrs old because the company she was with was very high.
Kristy got all the information and i received a call back within 10 mins with the quote.
Kristy was able to save my mom 55% compared to the other company. My mom was so very happy, she still can't stop talking about how much money she is saving.

Kristy and her staff do a great job. They are very attentive and extremely professional. Kristy is very responsive and makes sure all questions are answered with complete detail. I would recommend her office for all of your insurance needs. This is the best agency I have ever had in 20 years of purchasing insurance. They also offer a host of other services including loans and financial services.

I had another insurance company for 5 years when I first got off of my parents insurance and never had a direct agent to speak with, only call center people who were different every time I needed something. When I needed a new insurance agency in a pinch, Kristy was recommended to me by a close friend. Not only did she call me on a holiday weekend to get all of my policy details worked out, but she also sent me multiple emails/texts updating me on how the process was going. She has since kept in contact with me through my home buying process to make sure all things were taken care of. Best insurance agent ever. Would recommend to anyone who needs help and wants to speak to the same person every time. 10/10

Kristy has been amazing to work with! She is extremely responsive, and helped my wife and I get better coverage for less! She is very considerate when it comes to communication. Generally insurance agents try to sell you everything under the sun and are pushy. Kristy laid out the options and did not push one bit!

If possible, I would give Kristy 10 stars, her customer service is the best. We recently moved our insurance over to State Farm because of bad customer service with another insurance company. I would gladly give more than 5 stars if possible. I just relocated to Ohio from Florida. When my new permanent address was processed, Kristy reached out to me and offered to get everything transferred to my new home. She took care of the entire process quickly, efficiently and professionally. When I left Florida I was sure I would want to look at other insurance providers due to the high cost I had been paying. However my experience with Kristy was so extraordinary I will gladly stay with State Farm. Thank you Kristy!

When I first joined State Farm, I was down in Columbus and thought I had a good agent... until I attempted to contact them about my apartment and my car. They stopped taking my calls, ignored my voicemails, and never got back to me. When my husband and I moved, we switched to a local agent - Kristy! She remedied my previous issues and is very hands on! When I crashed my car, she not only contacted me to ensure the claim was going through smoothly, but also to check on me and make sure I was okay. My husband recently switched to her, and we switched our home insurance as well - best decision. If you need a new agent - look up Kristy. If you don’t think you need a new agent, you are wrong - she is definitely the best!

I went in not knowing much about life insurance at all, and came out knowing everything about it. Even though life insurance is a touchy topic because we don’t want to think of anything happening to us, Kristie made it so easy and comfortable to talk about it.
