My experience with Jeff has been personally and professionally. During one of the sales of his homes I was a tenant during the sale and he made every effort to notify me of anything in a timely manner to get the home ready for sale always in a professional way. I always felt in the loop with each step of the way to be prepared when it was time for me to extend my lease with the new owners. I felt he really helped make that happen with the new owners so I would not have to move.
I know he always helps those who are selling their homes to get top dollar on his listings. I have known Jeff and his family most my life. Jeff Underdahl real estate has been nothing but a blessing to our family and friends. Back in 2012 we put an offer on a property and it was accepted. The next day, the bank sold the short-sell property and we thought we had lost it. Jeff went to bat for us and had the bank sale rescinded and our offer re-accepted. Jeff helped me find my home and made the transaction go very smooth. Yes, he is my brother, but he is an amazing Realtor and is very passionate about his work. Tony Derrigo was amazing!! He was able to help us buy our first home in this market. He provided so much support through the whole process. He knew how to be competitive and how set us apart when creating offers. He also has a lot of great source of connections with inspections and even his loan agent was a game changer. We were struggling making it work with our old loan agent but he connected us to his agent. I felt he had great quality people around him to help support us in buying our home. The best realtor in California! The only thing I’m disappointed in is that I can only give Tony 5 stars when he deserves at least 100.

My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and had never gone through this normally overwhelming process. Tony was there every step of the way before, during and even after! Tony is very knowledgeable about San Diego and real estate, I had to have asked him over a thousand questions and he never once failed to answer anything we have asked with an amazing attitude.
