I wish I could rate 100 stars!!! This place is absolutely AMAZING. They not only were able to fix my car key in an amazing time, they were also just so helpful and professional. I will NEVER ever try to go the dealership ever again to get a key replaced because they are a rip off. This business not only fixed my car key, but what it cost me was absolutely amazing. It was done in less then 1 hour and i didn't have to wait DAYS for it to come in. I will be back again to get 2 more keys made and I will FOREVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO EVERYONE I KNOW. Thank you so much for your amazing service guys! You ROCK!!

Bill was incredible both times I have needed him! My daughter has locked her keys in the trunk of her car and he was the there to the rescue within minutes to get them out. My other daughter needed a new key fob and spare key for her car and he had them done in no time at all and even fixed her lock that she didn't realize wasn't working! She was so happy!!! Best service, best prices and the quickest service I've ever had. He knows what he is doing. The dealership tried to charge me 200 for 1 key fob. He got me 2 made for half that and it only took him 10 minutes. He has pride in his work and doesnt try to take you to the cleaner with his prices!!! I will never go anywhere else! Thanks Bill!!!

Bill is simply amazing. My cousins house burned in a fire last weekend and he worked with me by phone and drove all the way to Battle Mountain to replace keys for their vehicles which had burned with everything else! Outstanding service and a great price!!

I was accidentally locked out of my truck while at the hospital and dropping off my husband for kidney dialysis, unfortunately my truck was also running and I was also blocking the main entrance for patients to enter the building. Ruby Mountain Lock & Safe gave the call to Bill Hance. Bill was there in less than 20 minutes and had my truck door opened in less than 3 minutes. Closed on Wednesday reason no one answer the phone go 50 miles from another town to get there. Locksmith will not be in Ohio until 11:00 rekeyed a door lock for my recently purchase year 2000 f150, to match ignition key. Didn't bring the truck just a lock assembly. $15.00.

They are great people, he got to be one of the nicest guys around. Brought him a car last year that I picked up that had a lot of problems, and aftermarket alarm to block out transponder signal, he was very nice about the fact that I had to remove it for him to do his job and charged a decent price

I live in the very small town of, Ely, Nevada. This town has not one locksmith. They do, however, have people who can break into your vehicle. But, when it comes to getting a new set of keys made because you lost yours, then you’re outta luck! In comes, Ruby Mountain Lock and Safe. They are about three hours away from me, but were able to help me. He made keys for me and mailed them to me. I couldn’t be more happy with, Bill. He is my saving grace. Thank you so very much!

A one stop shop, has most everything required in the line of keys and fobs, and will let you know if it actually a "dealer" item you need to purchase of if there is a replacement at a lower cost.
