I've been renting from them since I was 17 and have never had a problem all my needs are always met.The landlord is one of the nicest people I've ever met and the owner is very friendly.

I love my place property is nice and quiet kept clean and the property manager Miss Christina she was very she helped me out very much a lot and I thank her for it

for many years at the Bayside Apts. We enjoy the view from 4th street as well as our neighbors. Second half Properties always tried to respond as quickly as possible to any issues we have presented to them
There are rarely any vacancies.

Joe Franz is the owner leaving a review for himself, and it's the only review higher than a single star. This man and his company deserve no more than a single star. The houses are spiffed up when you view but underneath it is falling apart. Roaches, rats, termites, the places are disgusting. He is quick to kick you out, steal your stuff, ignore maintenance requests. In fact I am taking him to court for 2k of missing property, just left the police station filing a report for stolen property. He is a scam artist and a con man, if you care about your money, wellbeing, and living situation, steer clear of this company. I endured a year and a half before having to cancel my 2 year lease for pests in the attic and mold everywhere that he didnt want to do anything about. A friend of mine rented one of his 2 story houses and when they complained about mold at that place he just kicked them out. DO NOT RENT FROM SECOND HALF PROPERTIES!

This company is the worst. If you report them for anything, they will have u evicted. I moved out, they over charge me for stuff I replaced and charge for a dog that I dont have. When you try to talk to someone all u get is disrespected by owner and property manager. I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Place has roaches and water damage.
