As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I received nothing but great service from Kyle and his team. During the whole process, they offered guidance, helpful insight, responsiveness, patience and so much more! We are thankful for the quality service they provided us for finding our first home!

I made a house purchase from out-of-state, and this is something I was only able to do because Kyle is someone reliable and trustworthy who has his client’s best interest in mind. He provided his expertise and gave guidance, never pressuring me into making a purchase and always making sure I had the information needed to avoid a bad purchase. For example, there was a house we browsed quite early on that my family and I really liked, and I would have made an offer right then if Kyle didn’t point out that the backyard has a drainage easement and that I would not be able to do the gardening work I wanted.

As I wasn’t able to browse the houses in person for most of that time period, Kyle filmed the houses and provided helpful commentaries, pointing out not just the good but also the bad points. This setup was quite nice. He was quite thorough, so I never felt like I was missing out on anything. And I could revisit a recording multiple times, refreshing my memory or impression of a house.

I had to move away about a year after my home purchase. Initially, I was worried that due the market downturn, I would sell at a loss. Kyle, however, saw an opportunity to list my house at a higher price than when I had bought, reasoning that not much inventory in the market would meet the same criteria that my house would satisfy. It turned out he was right!

Both when I first bought the house with him and when I sold the house, I have been consistently impressed by how knowledgable and insightful he had been, and how often he was right.

Kyle was terrific to work with. He was skillful in guiding us through the selling process. He used a smart sales strategy to maximize the selling price (and we sold at a higher price than we initially thought we could - woohoo!). Kyle was responsive to questions and concerns, and expertly dealt with particularly difficult buyers who were questionable up until the day before closing. I am very glad I chose Kyle as my realtor. He was extremely patient and helped us find the perfect condo. We looked at quite a few places and he really listened and provided expert advise. His in-depth market knowledge helped us make the right decision and his management and organization skills really came into play after we signed the contract and started working with the lender and title company. He reminded everyone of the mile stones and he and his team communicated often and kept everyone in synch to guarantee a closing that went smoothly and on time!

While my wife and I did not end up purchasing a house (unrelated reasons), we really appreciated Kyle's expertise and knowledge of the area. Kyle and Yane were great to work with throughout the home buying process. We started our home search in 2022 and searched for a couple months until we took a rest due to not finding anything. They were eager to jump back in the search this year and we found our house. Very knowledgeable about the entire process and explained everything, which is important as a FTHB.

I purchased my house in spring 2022 when the competition to buy a house was fierce, and on top of that I was an out of state buyer. Oh yeah, I was also a first time homebuyer. I first connected with Kyle on a St. Petersburg forum, and I'm glad I did.

He was able to work around my schedule which was a major plus as it isn't cheap to make last minute flights to look at houses. He was also willing to call me on FaceTime and do a real time tour of the house that I ended up buying. When it came to making an offer, he was able to help me make an informed decision, and went the extra mile to work with the seller (an i-buyer who is notorious not only for lack of communication but also for having some of the shortest descriptions of the house you'll ever see).

After I bought the house, Kyle was able to recommend an insurance broker who was able to get me a very well priced home insurance policy. Overall, I'm glad I had Kyle as my agent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody who's looking to buy in St. Petersburg, or any other area of Pinellas County.

Kyle was extremely helpful with the purchase of a vacation property in the Tampa Bay area.
