Town Center Cleaners

Was in town on business for a month. Brought my first set of clothes to another local cleaner and they lost one of my pants. They paid me for them but at that point I wasn't about to give them more business. So I drove a bit farther and wound up at Town Center Cleaners. The woman who greeted me was pleasant and all of my clothes were returned in perfect shape each time -- just like my very reliable cleaners back home. If you need a reliable dry cleaners, this is the place.

I continue to go to town center cleaners every wednesday for their "3 for 2" offer and they consistently deliver my dry cleaned dress shirts, dress pants and suits.

Previously, The dry cleaners really close to me went out of business. I also had tried all the local discount dry cleaners only to stand in long lines, have them destroy my shirt buttons and rip my cloths to shreds. No more.

I pay the price to get it done right, cleaned properly the first time, as Town Center Cleaners do.

Always great service. Cheerful staff will repair anything in any article of clothing, as well as wonderful cleaning and pressing. I've been trusting them for years, and wouldn't dream of taking my clothes anywhere else.

I recently decided to try a new dry cleaner. I am trying to use locally owned businesses and connect with my business neighbors. The cost for dry cleaning was considerable more than the 1.99 Dry Clean Depot but I really wanted to support the local owners. This was my mistake. When I went to pick up my shirts I noticed yellow stains on my uniform shirt. I asked the lady at the cleaners about this and she said, without even looking at the stains, "We did not do it, you had them there before you brought to us." She then went into a defensive approach and never once listened to what I had to say. She kept saying that it must be a food stain and that her store could never do that. Her tone and her words were not customer service friendly. Had she bothered to listen to me she would have heard that I have never worn that shirt while eating. She did not offer a discount or even an apology. Terrible customer service and overpriced dry cleaning. Stay away from this place.

They are ridiculously expensive. Just make sure you know how much you need to pay in advance, otherwise you’re gonna be in for a bigggg surprise!
