Cypress Pharmacy

I've been coming here over a year and the staff on the pharmacy and the lab are all very kind and considerate.

Pharmacist Jennifer is really kind and always willing to help. The staff is great! I have been getting my medicine there for 3 years and each time, they treat me with kindness. They are very kidney educated which is wonderful!

Excellent service! Much better than my local chain pharmacy. Definitely worth driving the extra distance!

You cannot access the parking lot for Cypress pharmacy from V St. You have to enter from Stockton Blvd.

Don't give proper instructions. Waisted a lot of time getting the run around. Was told to come in for a prescription and it was filled and ready. When I arrive I'm told I have to run to the clinic to get a paper and then run back to the pharmacy where the scrip still wasn't filled. Said it will take half an hour for one simple scrip. When I was specifically told it was ready and to come to this one place. As I am post-op and in a lot of pain this was very inconvenient and waisted my wife's time for lunch and not to mention the not needed stress. Also trying to call was so time consuming. Sitting on hold for a simple question just for them to act like it doesn't matter to them. Even when I asked why would I be told a complete different set of instructions..that were apparently incorrect. So in summary make sure you do there job and get all your proper instructions prior to wasting your time getting the run around.
