We were traveling and needed a vet in an emergency situation. They got us in right away and got our boy feeling better. We asked for x-rays and he said he didn’t think they were needed and it turns out they weren’t so thanks again for saving us the extra money there. Betty and Bill are great people and we are grateful for their help.

Dr. Houseweart was very caring. He took time with my dog. And patient with all my questions.

So surprised at the reviews saying these people are callous and don't care about animals. They are cat whisperers! My feral cat let them do whatever. Amazing. But, that is just history, because after almost 60 years, they have finally retired.

The best dog vet in the country! I love them! They are incredible! I accidentally ran over my dog and it popped her eyes out. They put them back in and Bill sewed her eyes shut with his buttons that he cut off his shirt. I thought we should put her down because there was no way she would recover, but they not only saved both eyes, but she had sight for several years. And they taught me how to care for her and be her eyes. Because of Bill and Betty, many years later, not only do I still have Pepper, she and I have the most incredible relationship. It's respect, trust, and true unconditional love. Without Housewearts, I'm sure my dog would have been put down that day.

We were thankful to find Dr. Houseweart as our vet when we rescued our adult dog. His exam was quick, no nonsense, very little stress for a clearly traumatized dog. The appointment was also very affordable, and that was a huge, unexpected plus. Thanks!

Where has this Vet been all my life? I felt like these folks really cared. My little dog was severely injured by some other animal. They took us in straight away. Took wonderful care of her. Stitched her up got her on antibiotics kept her overnight to observe. The bill was more than fair and they let me make payments. If you need a Vet and you don't go to Houseweart you are short changing yourself and your animals.

I very much enjoyed making the acquaintance of the vet. And his family. They're carrying. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I wish them the best and hope they continue for a while. Longer. I would encourage one of their kids to go to vet school.

My dog had cheat grass stickers in her feet and one of them was serious. I called at 8:00 AM and they already had me in there by 9:30 AM. They took such great care removing the stickers and fixing the problem. My dog was suffering and it was swollen and infected and not an easy job. I will always use this vet clinic.

They are wonderful here. I took my duck in that had something wrapped tight around its leg cutting into the flesh. We were in and out in just 20 minutes and at a very reasonable cost.

I had taken my cat to Two Rivers due to an eye infection. I did not have an appointment but wanted to get him in before work. I was told that it would be 75.00 Before they ever saw him.... I took my cat up to Houseweart Veterinary Hospital, they got him right in and charged me a very reasonable fee.

Betty and Bill are the best! Empathetic and compassionate and very loving with animals in need of their expert services.

Great doctor and staff. They only perform and charge for necessary procedures. They obviously love animals and take great care of their clients.
