The staff is very friendly, the doctor and nurses took good care of my son. They explained the entire process well to us and at the end they explained very well the care at home after the surgery. I am very happy with the care they gave to my son.

Nursing staff is great. Especially Caitlin (hope I spelled correctly). She was so caring and nice. She truly helped ease my mind and helped every way she could to get my child seen ASAP. Nurses like her are a true asset to any medical office! Dr. Brown was so great as well. Thank you!

My son needed tubes in his ears, the nurses and doctors were very nice and made his short time here fun and made sure he was not scared to go into surgery. His recovery was quick and and only experienced a quick case of nausea after anesthesia. Very happy with the results so far.

My son is 3 and is on the autism spectrum. He had a hearing screen on Friday and we were extremely nervous because our last screening didn't go so well (our audiologist deemed my son as "uncooperative" and suggested we use anesthesia to performake the test a different way). This past Friday we had an audiologist named Nancy, and she was FANTASTIC!!! She took her time, explained everything to me before she did it and made sure my son and I were as comfortable as possible (I think she could tell I was stressed out before we walked through the door). She definitely went above and beyond for me and my son! I hope she will be there next year for our next visit!!

I called this location of CHOP, and one of their nurses helped connect us to the Philadelphia location, where a doctor could see us on our very specific need, and quickly. We had some complications on our end, and when we called and left a message, the nurse called us right back and was super helpful, making sure we had our appointment all set, but also advising us on the wisdom of taking the Philadelphia appt given proximity to the ER, etc. Really saved us today.

There isnt enough words to describe how amazing Dr Rizzi and his entire staff are. Dr Rizzi inserted tubes in my 2 year olds ears. He was so patient, calm, and was very confident in what he was doing. From the moment we stepped into the surgery center the staff and the nurses were incredible. They made sure our son was happy and comfortable at all times, and even during the time he was upset they joked around with him, put a movie on, gave him books and made it much easier. I can not thank everyone enough for treating us as if we were family.

Both my children have receive the best care possible at this location and the other CHOP locations. Dr. Cahill and his team are the best.

I have had a wonderful experience here, no complaints whatsoever. As a matter of fact, before we moved to the area, I drove 2 hours from the Poconos to bring my daughter here.

Dr Wetmore is consistently amazing with my special needs son. I love the Chalfont office it runs smoothly and quickly. I always know what to expect.

Dr. Rizzi and the entire staff at Chalfont are excellent. This location is easier to drive to and less hectic than CHOP's Main Hospital located in Phila.

Dr. Rizzi is amazing. This location much less crowded than the main hospital in Philadelphia.

Went down for covid test prior to surgery. Very fast, the staff was very efficient, safe, and pleasant!

Staff and clinicians are amazing. Won't go anywhere else.
