Very accommodating, I made a mistake and showed up a day early and they fit me in anyway and was out in 1 hr for oil change and tire rotation. Very pleasant service people.

The service manager, Kay, is the best in the business. She is always helpful, and does everything in her power to get your needed repairs completed. She has put together a good staff. They are friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. If you go anywhere else, you’ll be disappointed. They are going through remodeling so there are some growing pains. But a great place for car repair and rentals

Amazing experience! The service department rocks it with outstanding customer service! Kay is wonderful and she knows her stuff with her years of experience in the auto industry. She gave me a ride to work and dropped my car off after my service was completed. I will return for further services.

Their Service advisors keep the customer in the loop and their Technician Joe is top notch. He’s done several jobs on my 2016 RAM 2500 and his work has been beyond reproach! Couldn’t ask for a more professional job done every time he’s touched our vehicles.

I dropped my car off on a Monday morning because it started to make a funny noise on Sunday. Best part is that I was leaving for vacation that Wednesday! They didn't have any appointments but Alan was able to get my car worked into the schedule and get my car repaired in time for my trip. Thank you for being so accommodating with such short notice. I've had my Ram 1500 in for regular maintenance and a few issues over the last couple of years, and all issues were taken care of promptly. Service team there is very friendly. Free car wash included with the services is a nice bonus.

Service is impeccable, and everyone is always polite and they explain everything they're going to do. I also like that if I have to stay and wait, there are free beverages and snacks and when they are done I get a free car wash.

Thank you to everyone at Griffin!!! My car broke down and I was towed there. I was 60 miles from home and they were able to fix my car that day and send me home safely that day. They even did the repairs under the estimated cost. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to all!!!
