I was unbelievable late but they held my room and the staff was so nice and welcoming. This is an old hotel so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it was nice and quaint. I had no complaints at all! It is within walking distance of so much. There is even an electric scooter rental right outside.
Pictures were after u settle un so it's not as nice and clean as when I first walked in.

Second time staying here and the location is great. Staff is very friendly and the price for downtown very reasonable. Old facilities but the name says it all. Elevator service very slow but easy to get used to it.
Will stay here again next year during the Triathlon

I had a great experience here!! Reading all the reviews I was nervous but it was the cutest little gem. Sure the water pressure was low and it wasn’t the most modern hotel but you’re spending $100 people… for a location that is in the center of the city. The front desk was so kind and let me borrow their charger and held onto my luggage before and after my stay. Will definitely be coming back here!

If you're some bougie, materialistic, lulu lemon-wearing, loud sports car driving, selfie-taking, self-absorbed brat, then this place isn't for you.
But, if you're someone who appreciates historical buildings, clean rooms, comfy beds, and understands that staying downtown comes with noise, then you'll like this place. The place is well worn, but that's to be expected with an old/historical hotel.
My husband and I have stayed here several times. The rooms are always clean. The people are always polite. It's located near the market, museums, great restaurants, a park overlooking the marina/bay, the Dali, and anything else you want.
Not for high-maintenance people.

We had a blast at this historic hotel built in the early 1920s. I love the location and the building is rather neat. I'm most certain we will do this again. The nearby food and the bay right down the street help make this an experience worth experiencing!

I had Rays tickets for Monday and Tuesday so I stayed overnight. Previous reviews almost made me cancel. Except I was a Army combat medic for 9 years, so how bad could it be. First of all its in the heart of the Burg. I can walk to the Tropicana and Al Lang stadium, Dali museum and Holocaust museum. Great food all around in walking distance. Its extremely old, if that bothers you go to the Courtyard. Bed was great, water pressure perfect, room and hotel extremely clean. NO PARKING DESPITE WEBSITE. The front desk sent me 1 block to the James Museum garage and its $9 for 24 hours, parking fixed. No cable TV, all tvs are Samsung smart TV with SamsungTV on them, I streamed YouTube TV from my phone. My only issues were the website said they had parking and I paid $45 for late checkout (3pm) and the front desk called me at 1245 in the middle of lunch with a friend asking when I was going to leave. Great value, when in St Petersburg you need a hotel for 9 hous for SSS. Shave and shower are 2 of the S. Otherwise you should outon the city.

My husband and I stayed one Sunday night for my birthday. We were put in a corner room on the 6th floor with an amazing view of the marina. The front staff was extremely welcoming and even wished me a happy birthday which I appreciated! Although the hotel is rather old, it was extremely clean.

A great location and an affordable price for the location, right in the heart of downtown; everything in walking distance. The rooms are quite eclectic (same with the hallways) but keep in mind you are in a 1920's hotel; it's got personality. If you are looking for modern sheik you will be sorely disappointed. With all this in mind . . . the staff was very pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. AC worked well and there was plenty of hot water.

We loved everything about it. We got a corner room on the 4th floor. It was small but perfect for just the 2 of us. I love the old hardwood floors and fun colorful fixtures and decor. We loved that we could walk everywhere we needed to go as well! I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in the PERFECT location. The style of the hotel might not be for everyone, but it is so cool and has such unique designs. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of St. Pete and it felt very “homey”. Before getting settled in, I wiped down every possible surface of the room and bathroom with disinfecting wipes and not one wipe had a single speck of dirt or dust which was amazing considering the more expensive places are usually not as clean as you’d think. Friendly staff and great price. I loved it and will definitely return!

All the rooms are a different style. Also the pics I took were after our stay and that is why the bed isn’t made.

Small rooms but had everything we needed. 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us traveling with another couple. Quick walk to many restaurants, access to the downtown trolley and a short walk to the stadium

A very affordable hotel in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. I had a great time, and my complaints are fairly minimal. There are plenty of exciting things to do in the area, and it is very walkable, even at night.

This is my favorite hotel in the area as it is in such a great location. The rooms are very comfortable but as it is an old hotel the rooms may lack some of the comforts you are used to at higher end hotels. Again, its the location that matters. There are many great restaurants nearby and some local bars as well. Again, location location location....the marina is about one block from the hotel which makes for a great morning spot to enjoy your coffee.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Everyone in our group enjoyed the meal but the fresh juices are outstanding.

This is a fantastic Vintage Boutique hotel. They have done lots of upgrades. For the people that are complaining about this hotel I don't think they know exactly what to expect or what they are thinking about.
By the way the majority of the rooms have Windows that open out FYI and room 201 has a balcony and a kitchenette. Room 202 is also equally fantastic both have upgraded bathrooms. Rooms are very clean. Beds are firm

You will need to pay to park in the parking deck it is only $10 overnight. It is less than a half a block walk.

I have stayed here many times throughout the years and I've never been disappointed. Sometimes yes on the weekend a room next door might get noisy but what do you want for a vintage hotel. You're going to get the same thin walls paying $400 up the road.

And the staff are great!

UPDATE: they are due construction on the old ceviches so staying on the second floor you can really hear them in the morning LOL that kind of ruined it. All in although the stay was nice except for saws and hammers at 8:00 a.m.. and now it is 9:17 a.m. the hammering and sign has stopped. Can you not maybe wait to hammer and saw till about 9:30 or 10:00 when people are getting up to check out? That would be great LOL I mean you're doing construction on a restaurant underneath the hotel those couple hours aren't going to crush you... find something else to do that doesn't make so much noise...

Booked the standard queen room for Saturday night during Pride. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Took the elevator, which was air conditioned, to the 4th floor where our room was located. Our room was a good size with working mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and phone. Room was extremely clean, including the bathroom. There were ample comfy pillows and the bed was super comfortable. I do wish there were more than the one trash can in the bathroom. I felt bad leaving empty water bottles and some paper trash on the table but we had already filled the tiny bathroom trash and didn't have any other option. I loved the character of the old building and wish that the owners would honestly take the decor and paint colors back to reminisce of the roaring 20s. I loved all the old original characteristics that were scattered through the property, though. The location was perfect! We walked out of our hotel and right into the festivities of Pride. The parking garage was a half block walk and not a big inconvenience at all. However, beware that if there is a festival going on like pride, the parking garage charges $15 for 12 hours of parking, no matter what level you park on, and you have to pay the $15 parking fee up front. After the 12 hours, it went back to the $1 per hour rate, max $8 per day. We parked at 3:30pm Saturday and paid $15 to the attendant, and left at 10:30am Sunday and paid $8 to leave.
We will definitely be back again the next time we are needing to stay overnight in St. Pete! Thank you for an enjoyable weekend away!

Stayed here for my Wedding.
Loved the old Hollywood feel. Rooms were historic and quaint. Beautiful inside and out. Magnificent views. Highly recommended if you want something fun and different.
Within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We will be back!
