Got a canvas a print on the computers here. Came back a few weeks later when it was ready and there. Pressed the help button every couple of minutes when the light would turn back off for AT LEAST 20 minutes waiting for someone to grab my item, got ignored by a staff member who was busy doing something else(not mad about that I understand but still). Got tired of waiting, saw the big box with my name on it, walked around the counter and grabbed it. Went to the self checkout and paid for it there myself instead.
Not sure what the point of the help buttons are if they don't do anything or no one is available.

I went to get some art scanned there, and it vanished. Management claimed it was a blind spot, but also told me I couldn't watch the footage. I had to call the police, they didn't. The cop didn't even bother taking a picture of the art, instead implied I would be run for warrants. Conclusion is employees, management, and the police were all this small town ring of thieves, covering for each other to steal my art, like a bunch of scumbags. If anyone shoplifts from Walmart, these people make it justified.
