Wytheville KOA Holiday

Always a pleasure staying here. We make is a regular stop in November on our way south. We have a 45 ft motorhome with tow and no problem getting in and out, sites are pretty level. The bowling alley is so much fun and you can order pizza, right to your door. Our favourite KOA, open year round and never disappoints. Extremely friendly and accommodating people.

Awesome location! We come here yearly to run around the mountain roads with our club. The KOA is perfectly located...nice and quite, but only a couple minutes from town. Staff are very cordial and happy to help. We stay in one of the cabins while many of the club bring their RV's. Will stay here every time we come to the hills!

We spent this past weekend at the Wytheville KOA. This is a great campground, family ran, friendly staff, lots of amenities. Our daughter loved the bowling alley., she has Down syndrome and bowling is one of her favorite things to do, so she was thrilled to get to bowl on a camping trip. She also enjoyed the crafts at the Fall Festival. My sons campsite had poor rain drainage, with standing water, it was in the new section, I’m sure a little more grading work can solve the issue for the future. Young man (Scott) brought mats and put down to help with the mud, He was very kind and respectful and did a great job. Thanks for making us welcome and an enjoyable camping trip, we will definitely be back. Bobby Little

This is an unplanned stop but an awesome place and I definitely will be back if I ever come through this area. Jason at the front desk was incredibly helpful, Isaac also at the front desk helped me out when I called a couple of hours before I showed up. They had absolutely no problem changing my reservation to a cabin, and even gave me some tips for a really nice trail to take my dog on in the morning. It definitely has the feel of an RV park until you reach the very back nestled up against the hills where they have a good amount of cabins. They have a giant warehouse building that has a game arcade and even a bowling alley in it! Personally that's a first I didn't campsite I've ever stayed at. Also have a little food area where you can get pizza and wings. Very quiet and peaceful this time of year 👏👏👏 well done Wytheville, well done.

We pulled our camper from Michigan to South Carolina and spent the night here to rest up. I love this campground. Extremely friendly staff, clean bathrooms and nice pool. We liked it so much we stayed a night on our trip back to Michigan. We will definitely use this KOA for our nightly stop on our trips to South Carolina and Florida.

Great rv resort. Friendly staff. Full service resort. And to our surprise, they have a bowling ally. We had pizza and bowled a couple games. Had a blast. Will definitely return. I didnt get the guys name at check in. He was very nice. And the guy in the Fun Center was really nice too

Wytheville KOA Holiday was a great park. They have a ton of activities for the young and the older. Staff was friendly. Our site was in the 'heart' of the campground and was easy to get into. Beware of the narrow road to get to the park. Other than that, we were happy with the park.

Our second time here. Stayed two days. Staff was excellent as was the pizza delivered to our site! Bathrooms were very clean although the showers could use anti slip on the floor. Will definitely be back.

Great spot. Sites look a bit uneven at first, but all worked out. Stayed overnight enroute to Florida. Bowling and pizza were a great choice after a day on the road.

Great stay Wytheville KOA! We have previously pulled our camper to this location, but stayed in a cabin this trip. The cabin was surprisingly spacious for our family of four and situated perfectly on the grounds. We rented a golf cart but the cabin is within a very short distance of the pool, fishing pond, playground and the Family Center. The cabin was very clean and equipped with a lovely outdoor seating area. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful.

One of the nicest KOA's we have stayed at. We stayed in the wooded area in the back. Large sports and cement patios. Only a one nighter for us on our way to Florida. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, spacious campsites. Lots for the kids to do. Love the bowling alley and pizza delivery.

Our son attends college in Nashville and Wytheville is our overnight stopover place on our route southwest. The location is perfect--minutes from I-81, but surprisingly quiet. We often arrive after the office closes but they leave good instructions. It's like our oasis on a long journey: quiet so we get a good night's sleep with all the amenities we need.

Great place to stop with the RV on our way to Pigeon Forge and Nashville. Have used this KOA many times and will continue to do so. Great staff.

Stayed in the campground, very clean,well laid out. The bowling alley was a welcome change, and there was a large arcade.

Had my sons 10th birthday party here with their bowling and arcade. It went great and pizza was good!!

Always a good trip coming here. Close enough to the hatfield trails, so you don't have to get up wicked early. Good eating close by also.

Stayed on our way back from Florida, they were very accommodating, answering phone calls quickly to provide us a site. They came to the site and picked up our propane tank to fill it, since we were still hooked up to the truck (greatly appreciated the favor). The location is easy to get to and the while some of the amenities were closed for the off season it was still a very well maintained campground and we would definitely consider stopped back in the future

Close to interstate but you don't hear any noise. Plenty of activities for family and kids. Well kept grounds. Gravel and level sites. Good amount of room between sites.
