Panera Bread

Food was delicious 😋😋😋we had the Asian crunch salad, broccoli cheddar soup and the new Chicken Pepperoni Melt. Never disappointed at Panera!! Thank you for the delicious food and wonderful staff for making sure everything is stocked and cleaned.

Panera is a reliable, friendly, healthy option for breakfast, lunch, and even a light dinner. The Culpeper location is conveniently located in the shopping center in the middle of town. The staff was very helpful. And the food is always good. Gotta love a good orange scone!

Hadn't been on a Panera for several years. Noticed many more menu options than previously. Food was nicely prepared and tasty.

Chicken Frontega was hot and fresh - place was clean

Food and coffee is pretty good. My only complaint is every once in a while they forget to put something in my bag from the order. Only saving grace they have is Nick behind the counter. He has been a tremendous help with no questions ask. Nick just wants to make sure i get what i ordered and save the day. My last item i didn't get was my cream cheese. Nick helped and even slide in a extra for the inconvenience of have to park and go inside. Thank you Nick, keep up the great work.

They are always super friendly. I’ve never had an issue here before. One of the most awesome things is that this Panera has a drive through! Makes life so much easier!

Dylan was a great cashier. He was very kind and respectful and even when my daughter spilled her bagel on the floor he insisted on not charging me for another bagel and so I'm definitely coming back to this place. I have two young girls and they can be very hyperactive and silly and this place seemed to tolerate and even welcome a lot of their young Vibe so I appreciate that!

Please give the employees grace , ordered a breakfast sandwhich and the app did not translate correctly in recieved the wrong ingredient in my sandwhich. Was able to get the ingredient i wanted thanks to the team here that was very humble. They are amazing I highly recommened coming here they are phenomenal.

My window order was not satisfactory, on my 3rd time to the drive through I said to my self, "they should give me a cookie for wasting my time". I had a lecture prepared, however, the Panera employee already had a cookie in a bag ready for me. Excellent, very thoughtful! You can have your cookie and eat it too! Who doesn't love Panera Bread?? Not to mention good coffee. Also worth mentioning that these guys & gals run a clean ship. They are very meticulous about keeping things spotless in all food prep areas. Five stars & two thumbs up !

I spoke to Bre on the phone about a problem I had with Uber eats. Basically my foods been sitting at Panera for an hour and the Uber eats person still aren’t there. So I called to see how long it’s been sitting there and Bre helped so much honestly she was so sweet and super understanding and replace my soup and hot sandwich with fresh ones 🥺 Panera did a great job in hiring her she’s amazing <3

Panera is never really a disappointment. Everyone is always working diligently, there is one man at the counter handling about half the building full of people. All without a problem. Brought me my order, too! A++

This Panera is always great! The food & the service, always great! They have something all 4 of my kids will eat, ages 6 - 23, this is a rare thing, lol.

My first time eating their breakfast it was excellent. The souffle was great the sandwich was great also. I will return🌞

Surprisingly it’s very flavorful and it taste very fresh as well. The crust is crunchy and nice. I highly recommend trying the new Panera’s flatbread.

We placed an order online and picked it up. There were several mistakes on the order, that we didn't find until after we reached our destination. Once we found the errors, we got in touch with management. Not only did they correct the mistakes, they delivered the corrected order to us! Awesome customer service!

There was a little mix up with the order. When I pointed this out, the staff immediately corrected the issue. Great service and tasty food.

Food is always awesome and most staff at all of them no matter where in the USA I have being has been awesome there quick to fix it . To have a great meal you need $$ about that to have a awesome meal but you are worth it
