Glacier Surgical & Med Spa

It was the best experience I could’ve asked for. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October 2023. Had a lumpectomy and removal of 4 lymph nodes in November 2023. The surgery went well and all of it was removed. The incision that was made healed very well. Dr Gulley and her team was very comforting and made a not so good situation a good experience for me and my family. Thank you so much for everything.

This is my first visit to Glacier Surgical And
Med Spa. The environment is very cozy and warm. They had coffee available and nice chairs to wait In, but even though I was there, 15 minutes early, it was only about five minutes before they brought me back! Kyle was very knowledgeable about my preop and happy to help me with any questions I had. Dr. Gulley went over the procedure with me and made me feel comfortable about everything.
The staff was very helpful and happy to see me!

Excellent experience with Dr Gulley and her whole staff! Sara in the office was great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with my procedure.

I was delighted with people that I talk to. They were friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to any and everybody. I am usually a nervous wreck, and they really made me feel more comfortable about my upcoming procedure.

Thanks to dr Gulley listening to me as a patient I stopped doing chemo 3 months into a 9 month schedule and I have been cancer free for over a year now with hopefully minimal side effects of the chemo. Thank you Dr Gulley

I recommend Glacier Med Spa and Tarah. She is great! Each time I have been here I felt she heard me and my desires which ended up being methodical, conservative, and ultimately a perfect treatment for me with great results. I’m moving away from Palmer but will make the efforts to come back for future treatments due to how great this business and provider is!

I went in for a model call; Tarah was my nurse injector and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time! She was extremely professional and had answers for all of my questions! From the front door to meeting the Surgeon was a welcoming experience. Online patient portal made paperwork fast and easy to keep track of where you are what needs to be completed. They also let you come in early if the online option is not your thing. Easy access to the facility just off downtown Palmer. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Made the appointment effortless.

I was very satisfied with both doctors Gulley and Bahl, who initially ordered a HIDA scan to make sure the gallbladder needed to come out. SO thankful for the care and compassion! Have had 3 surgeries now with Dr Gulley, (gall bladder, bowel and hernia repair) and she is awesome and will always be my first choice surgeon!

They were very thorough with instructions and called prior to my appointment to go over any questions and make sure I had what I needed. They made me feel very comfortable to call if I had any questions. Dr Gulley was very informative after the procedure and made sure I understood everything. This team is amazing!

Rarely can you pick A Doctor and her Associates very quickly without referencing and they arrange everything immediately with Imaging, with the Hospital and a complete care unit ready to handle a serious operation and everything go smoothly. Tough to beat the expert care and skills....thanks cj

Worth the trip to schedule with Kristen! This was my first time doing facial fillers and Botox and I was nervous. Kristen is very experienced and skilled with injections and it shows. She did a perfect job and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I will be back.
