New Balance Factory Store Palm Beach

Destiny! …( I hope I remembered her name) I generally buy my new balance shoes (1540 v3) on Amazon. However, the service in store was so phenomenal that I chose to wait a little longer. My shoe in size was not in stock. However, she was able to track it down, order it and had it shipped directly to my house.

I came in just to try on a different shoe but I did not have a sock. instead of putting on a too small stocking, she gave me a real sock… Her going above and beyond really placed a value to my in store transaction.

New Balance is my go to sneaker! My destination was this store that opened promptly at 11am on 8/8/22. I was greeted by a very friendly female sales person that knew her shoes.
After explaining what I needed we landed at the samples of what I was looking for. Picked the perfect pair tried them on and purchased them.
Sales person was great. Could not have asked for nicer service.

Was having trouble finding certain color and size shoe. Ms. Danielle W came through for me found the color shoe I was looking for thanks again Danielle W.

The store manager was very helpful with helping find shoes in the store and making an order online. I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service.

I go there for my kids shoes. It is an hour away but has what we are looking for every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My son has very wide feet and this is the only place we can find shoes for him every time at a reasonable price.

I want to thank Destiny for her excellent customer service. I had been having an issue regarding a pair of sneakers that wore out prematurely. I was given a voucher to put towards a new purchase and selected a pair at the factory store in Palm Beach. Initially there was a problem using the voucher at the store. Instead of telling me "it can't be done", Destiny had a positive attitude and said she would contact her manager and try to resolve the issue. She was able to complete my purchase and in doing so, maintain a loyal New Balance customer. Thanks again!

Nice, helpful staff. 2nd pair is half price and that counts for online orders too if they don't have the item in stock. My New Balance 880's are the most comfortable walking/running shoes I have ever worn...and nice styling too.

Nedgy is a very sweet individual who will make sure that your questions are being answered, needs are met, and that you feel confident in your shoes. She is very thorough and makes me feel like the VIP & MVP everytime. Seeing her there brightened my day!!! My new store just because of her🤗

A young lady took care of me and did an excellent job with my order for a pair of sneakers . Made sure I received the SALE price because they were not in stock.

This place has the only shoes my son will wear. Almost always have deals and the young ladies in there have always been very helpful.
