I've used Indigo for 19 years for septic general inspection and maintenance and they are amazing! We had an issue this afternoon with our Septic, called and a REAL person answered and they sent out a crew within hours. They then walked us through recommendations for next steps and have been outstanding. A+++ knowledge and service.

Such great service, Jay and the team are friendly, responsive and super professional. We had an alarm go off on our septic system on a weekend and Jay jumped on a call within an hour to help us figure out what was going on and to get it resolved quickly. I wish all of the companies we worked with to maintain our home were like Indigo, seriously impressed with them.

Indigo Design does semi-annual maintenance for our septic system and has also done repair and replacement of components as needed. They are incredibly customer oriented and always take time to answer our questions. Jay Bell (manager) goes the extra mile to insure we are fully informed and satisfied with their service. Indigo maintains my secondary septic for the ADU. The pressure system was new to me as a homeowner and I've had a plethora of questions. I hired Indigo when I was having an issue with my original provider. Long story short, the original company resolved some issues and is once again back on track. When in came time to invoke the new contract, I asked for and received a refund. This outfit does what they say, and isnt't just out to collect a check from their clients.

We had our septic drainage clog on Criistmas Eve. Not only did they answer the phone, they came right out and fixed it! Saved our holiday as we had several house guests! Very happy.
