Jibe Espresso Bar

Ordered a Mocha and a cheeseburger with bacon. Wasn't expecting anything crazy, but the mocha was superb, and so was the burger! Extremely affordable too. The bun was really nice as well.

Great little meal and coffee, can't go wrong with that!

As for coffee I’ve only had the psl and it was okay the first time but this last time was really good.
For food I’ve only gotten the, “Brekky on a Bun,” and I thought it was really good!
The staff are always really nice and I’ve enjoyed hanging out there both times.

Very good americano and sandwiches with a spectacular view around the corner. Friendly and responsive service. Waterfront oasis.

Really delicious coffee. Recommend a small cappuccino.
Walk around the area is cute on a winter morning.
Don't miss it if you're in the ballard area and want some pretty views.

While in Seatle, we stumbled into Jibe Espresso Bar at Shilshole Bay Marina. We went in for a late lunch/early dinner and everything about it was fantastic. We met the owners, Eric & Teresa who let us sample their incredible homemade soups. We decided upon the Vegetarian Chili, Split Pea and Chicken Coconut Curry soups along with a grilled cheese on sourdough bread. We also had a cold beer and then took in the scenery of the marina, even spying sea lions in the water. Stop in to see Eric and Teresa you'll have a delightful time like we did.

I’d love to grab a coffee, then go around back and sit at one of the tables looking out over the water. Really tough to beat! The coffee is good, but I can’t read the food as I’ve never ordered any.

The peach muffin lives rent free in my head. I’ve seen it in dreams, it melts in my mouth.

What a delightful little place. Perfect spot for boaters, sailors and those of the rest of us finding ourselves out this way. Espresso, baked goods, food menu, AND soups, soda, and small convenience stuff I suppose for live aboards and marina people. Try an egg bite, great little tide one over till big breakfast.

On Memorial Day, the two of us were trying to find a place that wasn’t incredibly crowded to get a bite and play our board game. The very, very nice staff people were gracious and welcoming, and we played our game for a satisfyingly long time. It’s a place that’s easy to overlook but we’re super glad we found it!

I’ve been there twice now and both times had a wonderful experience both with the friendly staff and the food ordered. The first time I had a Panini and it was good and today I had an avocado toast with some spices and lemon zest and it was delicious! The coffees I’ve had are also very good. I like the casual atmosphere, I just need a boat to round out the experience of being down in Shilshole! :)

Best place in town to hang out with Seattle's best firefighters on the weekend and also get a coffee. Sailboat not required but highly encouraged

I really love the bacon breakfast sandwich here. It's multiple eggs, thick bacon, and a generous amount of cheese on a brioche bun. When I get it I generally have to split it with a friend. Their blueberry muffins on the other hand I could eat whole. They are made fresh in the cafe every morning. The mix of cornmeal and flour gives them a perfect texture while making them less cakey and sweet. The friendly owners and staff are locals serving the marine community of shilshole.

Unexpectedly delicious espresso at this out-of-the-way cafe serving Cafe Umbria roasted beans. Chocolate chip cookies are worth a trip of their own. Friendliest of staff. I stopped on a whim while out on a long walk, but the experience was so good I'll make a point of returning as often as possible.

Wonderful waterside cafe. Great espresso, great baked goods, great people. Stop in and enjoy. Ask for one of the world famous bread pudding muffins!

They have delicious avacado toast with poached eggs and a great Brekky on a Bun. It is a little pricey, but it is a small family owned business; they work hard and do a great job. They also hve some great tea and coffee options. My favorite during the summer is their iced coffee. They have cold brew and also have ice made of coffee so it doesn't get watered down:)

The best! If you need some caffeination before hitting the beach or going out sailing then this is the spot. Amazing sandwiches and other victuals. Coffee is bar none some of the best in the city. Not to be missed, and worth the detour from Ballard.

I really enjoy Jibe. It's cozy, has a good vibe, a fun penny floor, and they are always featuring art from local artists on the walls. The coffee is delicious, and consistently so. I find the staff kind and friendly. This is for sure one of my favorite spots.

The homemade soups and sandwiches are delicious- perfect for a cold day! The pastry case looked tempting too and they even had a gluten free treat option
