Old Navy is a great place for affordable, stylish clothing for the whole family. The store always has a wide variety of trendy and classic pieces, and the quality is surprisingly good for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. I highly recommend Old Navy for budget-friendly fashion.

I went in for Black Friday shopping, everyone there was very helpful and friendly despite the craziness. There was one cashier that was super helpful (wish I would have gotten her name) but she went above and beyond!

The manager at this store is amazing (I visited around lunch time today) . I really wanted a denim shirt, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size and/or any more left at the store. She called another store, looked on the website…she tried everything! And although we couldn’t find it, I really value when someone goes out of their way to please a customer. Thanks so much for being so kind and patient with me today. I love love this store in Sanford.

I had such an amazing experience here! Allison was absolutely wonderful. I missed a sale by a day but she still honored it and I was so happy because I did not know that it was not today.

She helped me find styles I loved so quickly and had so much knowledge on how certain styles fit.

She was extremely patient with my online ordering (I had so many styles selected) and she never made me feel rushed.

I truly appreciate everything she did. I haven't been inside a clothing store since the pandemic start and I am so glad that this was my experience.

I had an issue where my card had expired and a few team members were very helpful. More than I might have been.

I have found the quality of their athletic clothes to be better than Lulu - and always on sale!

Always great clothing and welcoming staff. All workers were wearing masks and sanitizing their hands between each guest they rang up at the checkout. This is my favorite Old Navy location. I highly recommend checking them out.

Love shopping at Old Navy! They always have great deals and they have good quality clothing. I shop here for my entire family especially during the holidays. I'm a big fan of their women dresses, they are so pretty. I love their style of clothing for the kids as well.

I had to a return that was very difficult and the manager couldn't be any nicer. She was very accommodating and made me very happy and I felt felt very welcome. This store is above exceptional with customer service. I have been to all the other stores in the area and this one is Top's!

I went in and was very happy to see all the staff wearing face masks and still very helpful and polite. When I went in they had very good sales and lots of selection and available sizes. Good experience.
