***Renters Beware*** Three years of one problem after another including sewage containing human waste backing up from all four units in my building into my first floor several times. I was never compensated for the items that Servpro threw away during the cleanup. I would not recommend anyone to use this agency for a rental. I finally had to move because of an outdated, inefficient air conditioning system that was costing me in excess of $300 - $500 a month that would still not cool my home. I am a cancer patient on disability and home 98% of the time. I depend on my air conditioner for my health and well-being. The average temperature remained at 80° or above. After promising to replace it during the second year, the agency refused to do so. One service call after another, after another. Put a Band-Aid on it here and a Band-Aid on it there. I lived in a four unit building and units 2-4 had updated Trane systems. My system was over 20 years old.
***Renters Beware***

If I could post zero stars I would. Irresponsible practices and terrible etiquette. Multiple communication attempts from my broker came with zero response, regardless of seeing the read receipts on their text messages, ignored all three of my offers. My original offer was put in on a Friday. He chose not to respond to my agent, change the status of the house, or remove the listing from the mls portal as he was “extending the potential offer” until the second Tuesday following in case it fell through. Here were are the Thursday after I resubmit my offer yesterday, the day after he was “waiting for” and still crickets. He has decided to tell my agent today, that his original offer has “come back to life”. You had another offer on the table, might not have been what you wanted but it’s not up to you Allen, you should have presented the offer and gone from there. Poor practices and terrible communication skills. It’s amazing he has his own business much less clients. Avoid doing business with this man if you want to actually purchase a home.
