Ideal Logistics Corporation

Ideal Logistics helps me out here and there with furniture deliveries for my business. They have received sofas for me, and picked up at my store for blanket wrap white glove delivery. I recommend their services.

The customer service within the office is extremely horrible. I assume this company is contracted to provide delivery services for other larger companies. I would not recommend engaging in any type of contract with Ideal Logistics. I have been in contact with a representative named "Tammy" who lacks basic customer service skills, is rude and appears to always have an attitude. They are not proactive in reaching out to customers when they cause issues and seems to always pass the blame to another company or internal issues (I.E a truck broke down). If one truck breaking down causes the company to miss "multiple deliveries" (according to Tammy) it would appear that their internal structure/processes are not designed to handle larger delivery contracts. The one time they reached was to confirm the delivery of item I didnt even order. The representative "Tammy" then wanted to argue with me that its not her fault that "I ordered a table and forgot" when the item they were shipping was not a table. She never apologized or acknowledged her mistake. I truly hope future companies will not engage in business with this service provider.

We ordered a tv and a grill that was sent to their warehouse as the last stop before reaching us. The tv arrived to them on Aug. 14, 2017 and the tracking number showed it would be delivered to us on the 17th. Someone over the age of eighteen must be present to sign for it so I stayed home all day and waited, it never showed. I called them and asked why I didn't receive it and was told that we live too far away to justify them driving out here to appease one customer and that they need to have more packages around our area before they would come out here. I was also told that they would have enough by the next week and would deliver the tv on the 24th. While all this was going on they had also misplaced my grill and were looking for it. The tracking number for the tv was updated to show a delivery date for the 24th just like they said, so again I stayed home all day and waited and again they did not show. I call them to ask what happened this time to be told they still didn't have enough packages in the area to make the delivery and they were still looking for our grill. The next day Friday the 25th they called me to inform me that they would definitely be delivering the grill on Monday the 28th. I responded with, "That's great, you found the grill! and my husband will be so happy to finally receive his tv." To which they asked, "What tv?" After giving them the tracking number and ensuring both items would be on the truck I ended the call. As of today Monday the 28th our grill has been delivered. The delivery drivers were professional and very polite. I couldn't have been more impressed with them, but where's our tv?! Are we going to have to wait another 2 weeks before you have enough packages to justify delivering our tv to us?

Update:
We finally receive a call from the owner today stating that our tv arrived damaged and that they would send it back for us and for us to contact the company we purchased it from so they can ship another one. Our tv arrived at their warehouse 16 days ago!
