Wendy's

My daughter food was hot and she was excited for it. I pulled off and noticed they didn't give me her drink so I went back through drive thru and was looked at like I was lying about a kids coke but nevertheless they gave it to me and should have bc it was paid for.

Atmosphere is cool because this Wendy's was recently remodeled. I only eat at a few fast food spots since the pandemic. Wendy's has always been one of my favorites. Clean store. Excellent staff. Food of course is delicious 😋

I don't know who trained the group of 5 people that worked this past Saturday, afternoon 10/7/2023 but honey they left a HUGE IMPRESSION ON ME and I NEVER want to visit another Wendy's with another crew. These guys should be training other stores on how to SUCCESSFULLY take orders, KINDLY serve the customers, and get HOT FOOD out to the customers WITHOUT being rude. And they only had 5 people working!! It's our hard earned money and spending $10-15 per meal we should get fresh food EVERY TIME and this crew (3 ladies and 2 men) and 1 lady was pregnant executed this like nothing. I wish I could've paid them for their services myself. Your management may not appreciate you but I do!! Thank you

If you enjoy your sausage patty extra crispy and your egg lukewarm. This is the place to go!!

The restaurant as a whole was clean and well organized. You didn't see uncleanness..meaning management stays on top of things. The staff wasn't loafing around like other fast food establishments. The restroom was clean and did not smell like urine/etc. The food was hot and served in a timely manner, of which I found to really be impressive. I give this location "Two thumbs up !

I was at the point of giving up on Wendy's as a fast food choice. Before 4 times previously at other locations burger is always overcooked, dry and inedible. But this experience was amazing. The manager on site worked beautifully with his staff. He got me a fresh burger off the grill and then dumped fries and cooked me fresh fries. I didn't ask or complain or say anything. Definitely return and hope same experience. Staff stayed busy cleaning counters and lobby.

If you're a diabetic and don't drink carbonated soda do not come here! They refuse to make. Or order it for the Coca-Cola machine.

Nice people just not the greatest food prep

Really nice seating area. EVERY time I go the ketchup dispenser is always empty but staff always gets me packets. Staff is full of really nice and hard working people. I've ordered different items and they always get my order right, even when I'm there during a busier period.

I had the very best customer service from management on 8/31...I was expecting attitude for bringing back an item made wrong...Instead of attitude or aggravation HE WAS ON TOP OF PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE...I LOVED IT AND WILL STILL CONTINUE TO BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER..🥰🥰💯💯I LOVE some Wendy's and since we don't see great customer service too often...That's all I needed to gladly eat great fresh food and Give them my money... Not Only did he replace my item But Also gave me fresh fries and a bottled water for my time and gas...TY Wendy's Manager Memorial and 285❣❣

I go to different drive through restaurants about 4 times a week and this Wendy's is the most impressive of all drive through restaurants in the 7 cites that I frequent regularly. The crew is friendly and has a good attitude, the renovations are great. Lastly, I went here about a month ago and again today and service was again consistently great and FAST. Whoever is training employees here is excellent. Great job!!

The lady on the mic was nice and friendly she wasn't trying to rush with the order and sound like she had a smile on her face and I was kind of having a bad day and I needed that smile that's right Wendy's keep up the good workers

They could improve by having more than one cashier on the weekend. There was water on the floor there was also a few wet signs out but someone could of still slipped. Not sure wear the water was coming from. Also while getting water it was discoloured I prefer mine clear. Service was fast I order a Jr. Cheeseburger with extra pickles and added avocado. It was great. Atmosphere was great quiet and cozy

I am ketogenic & only eat the meat wrapped in lettus. They got my order correct

I'm not sure what Wendy's the other reviewer's walked into but this is by far the best Wendy's I've ever been in the place was very clean all the staff was very nice specifically the cashier destiny who took my order her customer service and patience is very much up to part and appreciated I'll definitely visit this Wendy's again keep up the good work

Had the new Ghost Pepper Ranch spicy chicken!! Im a big chick fila fan and after i had this I have a change of heart😬🫣 it is so goood 😅😋

One of the best places to eat I truly love Wendy's because of the value of its meals. The biggie bag is the best with the chicken sandwich with bacon which is awesome. Come in Wendy's if you're on a budget.

I'm in the drive thru..... I'm just noticing they have a new building structure. I got to the menu to order and the cashier was so professional, proper and happy to be at work. His manners were so good.... I thought I was at Chick FilA... The guy with nice hair and the ponytail. Give him a raise.
