I highly recommend Saunders and Sons for your roofing needs. Bill is very professional and so easy to work with. He was readily available to answer all my questions and concerns before, during and after the installation. My house is a Victorian with a complicated roof and a very steep turret. I had no doubt that Bill and his crew had the expertise to take it on.
The crew led by Jose was remarkable. They were a highly organized and efficient. Jose gets the credit for that. When the work was finished Jose walked me around the house explaining what they had done. He takes great pride in his work. Both he and Bill emphasized that there job was not finished until I was completely satisfied with my beautiful new roof!

Bill Saunders made an accurate and competitive estimate; stayed involved throughout with scheduling updates and notifications; and was present, involved, and available on site while the work got done. Jose supervised and worked alongside his well-organized and hard-working crew. Both Bill and Jose made time to explain what was being done right from when the tarps went up in the morning to the cleanup in late afternoon. What's not to like about this company?

I hired Saunders and Sons to strip and re roof a 64 square roof. I was told they would be done in two days which was hard to believe. Amazingly, the job supervised by the foreman Jose, was completed and cleaned up in one day. Jose and owner Bill were in constant communication with me and were always professional. I could not be more satisfied with Saunders Roofing. Everything including planning, execution, communication, and clean up was spectacular. Bill Saunders and his crew arrived at around 7:30AM and got right to work. The house was wrapped with a mesh fabric extending beyond the bushes to prevent all roof removal debris from getting in the bushes and lawn. Bill walked me around the house and talked me though the process. Julio (crew Forman) ensured the days work progressed smoothly after Bill left at around 9:00AM. Throughout the day I would go outside to view the progress. Each time I did Julio asked me how things were going and if everything was good. Progress was always prefect. I was concerned about nails left on the ground after they were done but clean up was spectacular. I did a walk around the house looking for nails and I did not find a single nail. I'm sure there has to be one but I could not find one. If I ever need to get a new roof again in the future on a different house I would not hesitate to use Bill Saunders roofing.

Saunders and Son Roofing replaced the roofs on both my house and large horse stall barn. Several friends recommended this company to me. I received a very detailed written quote from Bill Saunders, the company's owner, within a couple of days of contacting him. Their price was extremely competitive and offering a written warranty is very reassuring. I signed a contract less than one week after I began my search for a roofing contractor. Bill immediately ordered the material for the job and obtained the permit as required by our town. He phoned when the material, and the dumpster, were ready to be delivered to the job site to be certain that everything would be placed were I wanted it. Everything was delivered as promised and the work crew arrived promptly. The crew, lead by Jose, worked tirelessly for three days. Their attention to detail was outstanding - especially making certain that flashing and seals were installed correctly. They worked in a very safe manner and maintained a neat work site; cleaning up at the end of each work day. The site was thoroughly cleaned upon completion of the job - it might even have been cleaner than when they began the project.
