I am amazed at the negative reviews, I have never had anything but 5star service from front desk, pharmacy and especially drive thru.

Joan was great! And the Pharmacy expedited my meds so I could get them in the short time window I had. Thanks!

I was looking for Light Timmers and the store associate went above and beyond to help me locate them. I wish I could remember his name. very much appreciated. Happy Holidays!

I had a great experience shopping at this location due to one of the employees, Bill. He's always has a great attitude and willing to help me find the products I need.

Called the CVS pharmacy in Southbridge and spoke to Jennifer who was quite rude and had an obvious attitude throughout our entire conversation. I’m a non confrontational and respectful person and I was just simply asking for help with my prescription. You could tell she was very annoyed and put my on hold. I ended up speaking to Ryan who I believe was the pharmacist and he was extremely kind and willing to help. Thank you Ryan.

PS Get rid of Jennifer.

Went here for a vaccination. When I went up to the pharmacy counter several of the staff walked by and ignored me as I called out to them. I would have ignored it as an accident, but it happend twice. Only one behind the counter that acknowledged me was the younger woman with blonde streaks in her hair.

When I saw the reviews before I assumed they were blowing it out of proportion, but I guess not.

The pharmacy section is really nice organized and vary helpful stuff but the front desk it's so dirty there is item all over the plqce not clean and no one there to cash you out I have to walk around the store to get someone to cash me out , at this point I do believe that the cvs in southbridge need new manager

Pharmacy is extremely inefficient. No customer focus. Clearly under very poor management. Folks working in there are obviously poorly trained and overwhelmed. If your Dr is 1 minute down the road from them still send the script somewhere else like Putnam CT CVS. It will be ready by the time you get there. They have more helpful employees and you just saved yourself 2 hours and a lot of annoyance.

Horrible customer service in pharmacy drive thru tonight - I've been coming here for years and never have received such miserable and incompetent service from a technician. There was absolutely no need for her snarky attitude from jump. I tried to be patient, but her attitude just continued as I tried to state my case on why I absolutely knew my daughters script was covered by insurance but she just kept getting ruder and ruder, more and more impatient and kept cutting me off and told me that the scripts last week worked covered either (I picked them up, they would have told me.) So I finally told her that her attitude wasnt appreciated or neccesarry. She then really couldnt handle herself and stormed off like a child would in a tantrum. It was ridiculous, to say the least, that a woman in her 50s would act such a way...people like that don't belong working in the public. Go be miserable stocking shelves overnight where the general public doesnt need to see you or in a factory...or grow up and treat people with decency like every human deserves

Called and pushed the prompts to speak with a pharmacist, and was left on hold for over 30 minutes now. I am contemplating going in to see what the problem is. It shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get a hold of someone to simply find out if something is in stock before I have a prescription sent in.

The pharmacy is absolutely Awful, they have a pharmacist they who makes the whole process just that much worse. The pharmacy was great up until I started to have to deal with her. My doctors office for other patients know this particular pharmacist by NAME. When someone is that bad to an already awful medical system failure, she should be fired . So if you have this particular pharmacy and you are not on Mass Health I would switch pharmacies as quickly as you can. If you need a pharmacy, go anywhere else. THIS PHARMACY SUVKS, and makes you're life and medical nightmare so much worse! Don't use them and if you have to because you are forced to same as me just stay away and pray you never have to deal with Ally.
