I could not be happier. Communication was outstanding, they gave me a fast, reasonable estimate, and were able to come by and make the repair the next day (I spoke with them the evening prior). Brooks was knowledgeable and efficient, getting the job done for less than my initial estimate. They will be the first call I make for any future plumbing emergencies.

Very professional and friendly. They we're at our door in about 40 minutes and had the repairs done in about 1 hour in a hard to reach area in our laundry room and downstairs bathroom. Very happy with their service and pricing would definitely reccomend to anyone in the area. Thanks again for the outstanding job you guus did for us!!!!

Cameron was determined to get our massively clogged kitchen drain cleaned. It took over 70 feet of snake in a drain with lots of elbows, but he finally cleared things out. Same day service, too. Not inexpensive, and don't forget there is a trip charge added to the hourly rate, but overall, I consider the work a good value, due to Cameron's level of effort.

Roto Rooter was prompt, professional, and did a quality job of scoping the water outflow line from our house to the street. They were easy to schedule, they arrived on time, and finished promptly and with advice for future maintenance. Our service person, Cameron, was articulate and helpful

Brooks did a great job making sure that the problem with our toilet was completely fixed. We already had it fixed by another company several years ago, but they did not do a good job, since it leaked again. Brooks made sure it would not leak again…he did an excellent job!!!

We were pleasantly surprised that our plumber was able to arrive considerably earlier than projected. After starting his pipe clearing operation and encountering difficulties our old house, he came up with a work-a-round successfully, and had our problem fixed in less 2 hours. Filled out online form on Sunday for a sewer pipe camera inspection. Monday morning, i got a call, and an hour later a technician (William) was at my door. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I got exactly the information I needed from the service. The cost was what I was quoted on the phone, with no add-ons of any sort.

Will did a great job and resolved our problem in the same visit. He was very knowledgeable and cleared up the misinformation we were told by other constituents. He also arrived within the window time frame originally given and called me on my cell phone when he arrived, as requested. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.
