I do grocery pick up and am extremely pleased with the service received from Roxie P. She always gets my order right and has a wonderful and friendly attitude. She takes special care with my groceries as if they were her own.

Friday evening visit and the store was not busy. Everything seemed clean and orderly. Items were well stocked. Good selection of meats at decent prices. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We'll return.

Great selection, nice lay out, always see people stocking fresh food on shelves, workers are extremely friendly, and like every where else with high prices, the sales they have help ease the sting of inflation.

The night staff at Safeway tonight. Has shown me Grace like never before in my life when it comes to customer service. They are patient, understanding, considerate, compassionate about their job and I love that wholeheartedly. Never experience great customer service anywhere in Culpeper. They are always helpful. I recommend this store to everyone I know and don't know. Safeway is the place to go to.

My husband and I have really been impressed with this location. It's always very clean and well organized and they carry a nice selection. I especially love the fresh corn they have right now and the beautiful fresh flower selection. A $5 bouquet just lasted 3 weeks! (I do change the water daily) The staff are friendly and helpful and the pharmacy staff have been fantastic!! They genuinely seem to enjoy their work and go above and beyond to answer questions and be helpful. Will continue to give this location our business!

Wish we still had one closer to home. They have great produce and meats.

I give Safeway a Five Star because of a lady that was switching out price tags in one the aisle..She help me look for a item non stop til we Found it,we did...I Thank You for it..She need a raise in check..

Very helpful! Amanda the manager on duty was great. Very nice to me when I called in about my pie accident. Rebecca in bakery is awesome!! Love the bake goods!! Nice and clean store! Great customer service!! Keep it up! Girl in pharmacy was so helpful too. She came out from the back of the pharmacy and helped me find what I needed on the shelf very pleasant very helpful.

I ordered a birthday cake and I needed a specific style(unicorn) and I had called all around Orange, Charlottesville, and Locust Grove and everywhere I called I was told that they couldn't make the style that I needed. I was beginning to think I was going to have to attempt it myself. Then I called Safeway and they were amazing. Not only could they make the cake I wanted but they also had the unicorn kit to put on top. They were very friendly and did an excellent job. I am very impressed with the level of skill shown as well as the kindness shown!!! Thank you Safeway bakery for an amazing cake. Not only was it beautiful but it was also delicious!!!

Customer service is key!! Just had a great experience with the guy in the deli in was so pleasant and while living in this crazy time little experience like this made my day!! Keep up the good work Safeway!!

I don't shop at Safeway very often because their prices are much higher than Walmart, Lidl, and Aldi's. However, when I can't find what I need or want at any of the above, I go to Safeway. The shelves are always stocked, the store is clean and they don't move products around every few weeks like Walmart and Lidl. On a personal note, shopping at Safeway brings back childhood memories of shopping at Safeway with my mother. (in Alexandria)

My favorite grocery store. Sign up for mire savings with club card and phone app! The best cuts if meat in town! Fresh produce, great deli and top notch bakery!!

The store was neat and clean and the selection was good. I would.prefer that the checkout crew would give me their full attention instead of talking to each.other after I have entered the checkout lane

My experience is always great when ordering from the bakery with Rebecca. She was able to assist me with an Easter theme cupcake decorating kit for the kids at school. Thanks Rebecca!

My favorite grocery store and one of 2 best bakeries. Don't get fooled by aldi or lidl. No prungles or snockers for me, thank you!

My only complaint is that beef is a little pricey there, but not too different from the rest of culpeper.

The cashier was very helpful. The store was very clean and well stocked, especially the produce section.
