La V - Vietnamese Fusion

We stopped in to La V one night while visiting St. Petersburg, and it was a great meal! We live in a place that has a lot of mom and pop authentic Vietnamese restaurants, and the food at La V was on par with all of them. I had the Bun Bo Hue and it was as good as the versions I get at home, and my partner had a Banh Xeo (vegetarian crispy crepe) that was also formidable.

The atmosphere and service here are both upbeat and modern. I saw a couple reviews mention concerns with the price, but for what you get in both the location and atmosphere, the price is right on point. I'm a big fan of La V and will definitely come back next time I'm in the area!

The Pho broth was the best I've ever had. The sauces made in house were to die for. They even had a Boba Thai tea with Bailey's in it! We ate at the bar and the service was responsive and timely, but not necessarily engaging or friendly. My only suggestion for this spot is to update the atmosphere. It has the potential to be amazing especially with the food and drinks they offer.

This Vietnamese restaurant in Downtown St. Pete was so chic inside and had great service! We were greeted right away for lunch 🍜 They have several gluten free options for celiac! It was delicious food and it was ready rather fast! Would definitely go back to try a pho beef broth next time!

I had the Saigon Udon, and my friend had the Mekong Delta. The food was delicious but not as spicy as I had hoped it would be. They did have a caddy with chili oil, hoisen sauce, and other things to add to your dish. The chili oil was spicy enough. I wish they had taken the time to tell us what all was on the caddy.the Mekong Delt came with a fish paste sauce that none of the Waite staff knew what it was. I also ordered a side of kimchi that I never received but was also not charged for. I will definitely be going back to this spot.

I had an incredible experience when I visited. The food, while pricy, was impeccable, and the service was amazing. The boba was phenomenal and truly one of a kind. Our server was Rachel and she was ON IT. She constantly checked up on us and ensured that our needs were met. Another thing I would like to add was the other two servers, Ben and Tyler. Ben was hilarious and made my day, while Tyler was keeping business smooth and quick with the huge rush. I would absolutely come back here again, especially if Rachel is serving and Ben and Tyler are working.

Spent new years eve here and couldn't be more satisfied with the service, they were so fast and welcoming even while busy! The food was delicious with easy to find vegan options too, and the interior is so cozy

Great location in DTSP. We went in a Sunday before the brunch crowds so we found a perfect spot right out front. Service was pretty slow and then I saw an older Vietnamese lady coming out of the kitchen while preparing food. I immediately felt like I was about to have a grandma's home cooked meal and I will wait all day for that. The fresh rolls were flavorful and huge. My fiance's pho was a sizeable bowl. He had a bit of my incredible lemongrass beef banh mi and wanted to take two to go. Prices were fair for the area and the atmosphere was comfy. The food is the star and worth the trip.

Awesome Pho and other dishes here right in the heart of downtown St Pete. I ordered the Super Bowl 🍲 Pho and it was enough for my party of 2 and leftovers for both of us. Y’all gotta try their other soups to which are phenomenal.

One of my new favorite places. Simply amazing tasting food! First of all, they do bobba tea right, we ordered peach with popping and regular bobba and it was so smooth and delicious! My Lemongrass Beef Vermicelli Bowl was out of food world amazing, with fresh vegetables. Fresh spring rolls with shrimp and my husband's pork Bah Mi were just as delush! Can't wait to come there again!

Overall experience was good, food was very nice, Vietnamese coffee was a 2/5, service was prompt, environment is very friendly and nice! Spring rolls & the lemon grass beef banh mi sandwich were a 12/10

I just moved to Tampa. Let’s just say this is going to be our go to Vietnamese Restaurant.

As vegetarians, it can be hard to find places that offer vegetable broth with flavor. The veg pho was beyond delicious. Not only the food amazing but the service and atmosphere was spectacular. All three servers were attentive and on top of servicing us. You can tell they wanted to give the best dinning experience to everyone.

Thank you for making our dinning enjoyable. It’s nice to see restaurants that care and offer clean, healthy environments for their guests.

our server was knowledgeable about vegan options. The pho broth is one of the best we’ve had… and most of the bubble teas are dairy-free. The outside seating is comfortable and dog-friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

This place had a very nice vibe for a Saturday lunch. The drink menu were great with a variety of creative cocktails. We enjoyed everything we ordered here. The Mi Quang was so tasty and authentic. The Banh Mi was delicious as well.

We definitely will come back!

Was hanging out with little brother for the day, and he decided that he wanted to go to this place to eat lunch. We’ve been to this place a few times before in the past. The food is good, the environment is good, The servers are good, everything is good.

This is a great place for lunch with a friend, business, and dates as well.

Food is always delicious and I don’t think you can go wrong with any item on the menu. Well I stuck to my diet because I’m pescatarian/ going vegan lol but they had enough on the menu for me to choose from

This was a great experience. It's our first time there. We had calamari and tofu as appetizers. Sweet potato rice noodles with vegetables, and amazing beef and rice. Everything was perfect bringing all my friends back. Thank you

Y'all need to go here! The food was beyond amazing! I could eat here everyday now.. The service was perfect! Took the servers recommendations on dishes to try and they did not disappoint! My goal is to try every dish on the menu!

The food at La V is wonderful! And the portion sizes are perfect (leaning to the side of a little too much - which is nice if you want to take some home for a snack!) The flavors are soooo good too! The service was great for our party of six. This is the third or fourth time I have been there and I will be back again!

I took my girlfriend here for dinner and it was delicious. We started with the soft pillows with pork belly and the way the flavors came together was amazing. For our entrees we got the chicken pho and I was very impressed with the large portion size. Best pho I’ve had hands down, I will now be a regular. Can’t go without mentioning the peaceful environment, great music, and great service. This place is a St Pete staple and I highly recommend trying it if you are in the mood for great quality food and good vibes.

Actually ordered the food delivered and the food was amazing!! Love that I live so close I’ll be eating here often. The fresh rolls with pork and shrimp with the sauce, a delight! The salad with lemongrass chicken was a large serving and perfectly seasoned!
