Inn At Willow Grove

It was a pleasure to host a 3 day "Women's Summit" at the Inn at Willow Grove. The the venue was perfect, the service was exceptional, and the spa treatments were phenomenal. From being greeted with a glass of Prosecco, to having coffee or tea, with beignets delivered to your room each morning, and peaceful surrounding, we couldn't have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend for pleasure or business. You won't be disappointed!

Not only is the Inn at Willow Grove a gorgeous venue, it is also located in the valley of Orange, Virginia with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. My husband surprised me with a two night stay here for our anniversary this past September. The property is absolutely beautiful and kept to a pristine standard. We stayed in a cabin room that was super spacious and included a fireplace, balcony, kitchenette, and a heated bathroom floor. While our room was pristine and always tidied throughout the day the bed was extremely uncomfortable. For the money spent at this property they should absolutely invest in newer mattresses.

We enjoyed the spa one day as well. It was the best massage we had ever have and were blown away by the room it was performed in. It was a real treat to sip champagne by the fireplace beforehand too. After we spent the afternoon at the pool sipping cocktails from the poolside bar - another special treat!

We ate at the restaurant on the night of our anniversary. Our experience at the restaurant wasn't as great as it was every where else on property but it was still nice - especially by the two waiters in training. They were better than our waitress who was doing the training. We felt rushed and our steak was not prepared properly.

The staff on site is EXCEPTIONAL and the set the bar very high. From the hotelier to the staff that delivered morning coffee and beignets we felt so taken care of. True southern hospitality!

We will absolutely return and recommend to our friends and family!

This was our first time visiting this beautiful Inn. Our room was not in the old Inn but was in a cottage on the property that looked like a small house. Our room was one of 2 on the downstair level. Our large windows looked out over a beautiful field that led to a wooded creek. All the grounds of the estate are truly beautiful and have walking paths.
Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated in a contemporary fashion. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable and faced the gas fireplace. A couple of chairs and a small table in front of the fireplace was a perfect spot to enjoy the freshly brewed coffee and warm beignet's brought to our door each morning.
The restaurant at the Inn is a highlight of your stay here, be sure to make a reservation for dinner or Sunday brunch.
The staff are knowledgeable, well trained , helpful and very friendly.
I'm sure we will be back for another stay at this delightful Inn and the equally delightful Orange county!

We love this inn and its restaurant. Always have a wonderfully relaxing time when we visit. Only complaints are that they have low-def TVs, which is weird for such an upscale place, and they’ve reduced the amount of coffee and beignets they serve in the mornings.

Our daughter got married and picked this venue and it was perfect. It could not have been more perfect. The staff was kind and attentive. The grounds are amazing. The food is delicious are bartender. Jenny was awesome! Everyone was awesome. I would recommend it 100% and if you're planning a wedding, make sure you get Liz as your wedding planner!

From our first interaction with the Inn until checking out from our wedding weekend, the service was consistently unmatched! It started when we were visiting another venue in the area and decided to stop by the Inn for lunch without an appointment. We were introduced to Wednesday and she dropped everything she was doing to chat with us about having our wedding at the property. We were completely blown away by her service and the time she spent answering all our questions – the service we received that day was better than any potential venue we visited (where we had scheduled appointments). This incredible level of service we received from the staff at the Inn was a common theme in every interaction.

Our next interaction was with Michele. We made an appointment to come show our parents the property, and Michele also rolled out the red carpet for our visit. She answered the questions of our entire family and made sure we had a champagne toast. Throughout the entire planning process, Michele quickly addressed all our questions related to the rooms and we are truly grateful for her kindness and assistance! Quick note on the rooms, they are all stunning – our guests loved them!

Lastly, but certainly not least is the amazing Liz! We first met Liz at our food tasting and she made sure the visit was personalized and accommodated all our crazy requests! Liz was an absolute pleasure to work with and brought such a wealth of knowledge to how to make our day perfect. On our wedding weekend, Liz was running around making sure all the logistics and stuff in the background was going smoothly, but she also made sure to check-in on us and ensure we were as happy as possible.

Everyone we encountered at the Inn was absolutely incredible. We wish we knew them all by name, but the people at check-in, the butlers, the servers, even the maintenance crews, EVERYONE was incredible. The Inn will forever be a special place for us and we cannot wait to be back!

I LOVED this Inn. The staff were amazing. They treated us as if we were royalty! The rooms were wonderful, the spa was great (thank you, Kim!) And the restaurant was attentive, friendly and delicious. Kelsey made us feel like family.

Only stayed one night. But the room was well appointed and clean. Service was excellent. We had dinner on site at Vintage and it was excellent 👌

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at the Inn at Willow Grove and working with their exceptional day-of coordinator, Liz Coffey. The experience was absolutely stellar from start to finish. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we wanted to ensure that our venue would embrace our love story with the utmost respect and inclusivity. In our first conversations, the Inn made it clear that they were dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all couples.

First and foremost, the venue itself is an absolute gem. The Inn at Willow Grove is nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, with stunning grounds and beautifully appointed spaces. The historic charm of the Inn, combined with its modern amenities, created an ambiance that was both romantic and elegant.

The staff at the Inn at Willow Grove went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our wedding was flawless. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, they were attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating.

A standout highlight of our experience was working with Liz Coffey, the day-of coordinator at the Inn. Liz worked closely with us to create a personalized timeline and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. Her calm and composed demeanor kept us at ease throughout the entire event, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. Furthermore, Liz's warm and friendly personality made her an absolute pleasure to work with. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible.

Gorgeous venue! This was my first time at the Inn for a wedding. The location was easy to get to and has a spa, a pool, a barn and reception tent with an amazingly styled main manor house. I love the little winding paths that lead to each structure along with a pretty mini stream and a quiet fountain area for sitting and admiring the scenery. The barn has AC and it's own kitchen with restrooms which lovely. It's just a wonderful venue for couples to get married or have a lovely weekend getaway 🙂

We came back - Visited Inn at Willow Grove for our recent wedding anniversary. Spent two nights in the School House. Had dinner at Forked one night and Vintage the second. Did some spa treatments during the day. This place is absolutely amazing all around. Every aspect of the visit was beyond outstanding. The building and grounds are impeccably maintained. The School House room was fantastic. Very comfortable with every amenity you could want. Service was out of this world - in the Inn, the Spa, and the Restaurants. Our expectations were high based on other reviews and their national rating, but even with this, our expectations were exceeded.

Fantastic place for a romantic getaway or just a few days to relax and enjoy world class luxury.

We are definitely coming back!

Our stay was exceptional at Inn at Willow Grove for our New Year's weekend getaway. We stayed in the Master Suite. The room and bathroom were very spacious and super cozy. We loved having the working fireplace in our room. We never wanted to leave! The room could use a little updating with the finishes, but otherwise, it was perfect. We also loved the food and service at the restaurant. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating to all our requests. We will definitely be back!

We just took our parents to the restaurant for their 65th wedding anniversary. We all agreed it was perhaps one of the best dining experiences ever. A very cordial and helpful staff! The Chef was especially accommodating. We even had a special menu wishing Frank and Judy Howard a happy sixty fifth wedding anniversary, which they got to keep. I believe my parents went there for their 40th wedding anniversary as well. A great restaurant to celebrate a special day.

Stayed here for a corporate retreat with ~20 coworkers and had a great time. Nice rooms and beautiful grounds, plus fantastic food and hospitality. I'd like to thank Dakota in particular for going above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay.

My husband and I went for dinner on our one year wedding anniversary. Everything was lovely. Excellent service from Mark and Jennifer. They were both very kind and helpful. The food is was excellent! Thank you so much for a great anniversary celebration.

This was our second trip to the Inn and we loved it even more than before. The Inn is situated in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views of fields and mountains. The accommodations were decorated with exceptional taste even better than you would get in a 5 star resort. The restaurant had excellent food and good service. The management is extremely helpful, always there to answer any questions (I had a lot) and direct you the right way. Specifically Michelle and Hannah were great. We were there for the Montpelier Hunt Races which is an equestrian event which attracts 20,000 visitors. The Inn had their own tent right on the rail and offered a full bar and excellent food. If you are there at other times the Inn has an incredible spa, gum and pool. I can't say enough about the place. I just booked again for next year.
