AT&T Store

Orange store employee Oliva R delivered Great customer service. I had hardware problems and store did not have parts. She told us how to get the parts and told us to bring them back to her and she would fix the phone. She fixed the phone renewed our service. Another happy customer :)

My Customer Rep was amazing. He worked hard to find alternatives for me and was able to get my upgrades done.

Joshua was the most knowledgeable AT&T representative at the Culpeper location,I've ever dealt with.

These two gentlemen Matthew, and Shane were great! They took their time, and reviewed my account, they helped me find a better rate plan, they helped me save money. After helping me with my rate plan, they again took their time and helped me find the right phone. Even with the new installment I am still saving money. Not only am I happy to be saving, but was very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness.

The sales rep I had in orange va. was personable, friendly, efficient and overly helpful. He answered questions I didn't even know I had. The best part was that he was more excited than I even was of all the savings he could get me being part of the first responders family. I needed to ask some questions regarding my acct as well as check to see if I was able to get a upgrade. I was able to ask my question and was satisfied with the answer given and also able to upgrade to a new phone. Ms.Banks was very patient and knowledgeable.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helped my switch from Verizon be as smooth as ever. They even gave me a FREE tablet for signing up for Directv! I recommend this store to everyone!

The lady who helped me provided great customer service. There was a line AND system issues but she handled everyone quickly, professionally and patiently.

There's always a wait, so plan accordingly, but it's not the workers' fault, so be nice. Always helpful and polite, very good service. Always go to this store for service. Highly recommend!
