Tropez St. Pete

We had a lovely time. The lobster rolls, creole shrimp and grits, and brunch board were very good. The service was great. Be warned, however, the seating is crammed like an airline and the venue has more loud echo than one could imagine. Very hard to hear someone speaking right across from me.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! They have great GF options and all of the food we had was delicious, the atmosphere is so adorable, they really took time in decor in this place and love that the tables are not right on top of each other. Our server Daniella T took our experience to the next level, she was hands down the best server I have ever had. Highly recommend this place and if you go ask for Daniella!

I'm so happy I stumbled on this place. Beautiful modern spot. International menu of tasty drinks, flavorful food, great-sized portions, and very attentive staff. Add this spot to your downtown St. Pete adventures.

We booked this place for early New Year’s Eve dinner an found our new favorite! We loved everything, including service, food, drinks, decor and, what we believe, the owner of the place, who came to our table few times to check and even brought complimentary fresh berries for our toddler. We will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at Tropez! Daniella was incredibly caring and attentive. The food was delicious with generous portions, and the drinks were perfectly filled. I highly recommend this restaurant for its warm hospitality, excellent cuisine, and overall outstanding experience. Tropez St. Pete is definitely a must-visit!

My wife and I went to Tropez St. Pete for date night last night. I was excited to try it after seeing some reviews and driving by the location. I made a reservation for 7:15 and was glad I did - the place was packed! The hostess let us know we could get a drink at the bar or wait outside, so naturally, we went to the bar :) They had a great list of cocktails and wine - we ordered the Three Seventy Five and Sunset Riveria (with gin instead of vodka), both of which were delicious. The interior was gorgeous, with seafoam green and gold accents, dark wood, and luxe textiles. It makes you want to sit and stay while, which we did!

I noticed the owners were very attentive, walking around and working to ensure those of us with reservations were seated asap. One of them offered us a seat in the waiting area when it became available and said he would cover our next round of drinks because of the wait. We decided to eat in that area since it was a great seat and our table still wasn't ready. Our sever was incredibly friendly and attentive, even with the place being as busy as it was.

We ordered the French Onion Soup "dumplings", Maine Lobster Rolls, Chargrilled oysters, and potatas bravas. The "dumplings" were a deconstructed take on the original and were tasty, but the dry crouton on top should be soaked in broth for a better flavor. The oysters were disappointing; they were WAY overbroiled which made it hard to eat the cheese or tell if there was even any oyster there. The lobster rolls were a standout - great flavor, tons of big lobster chunks and it came with TWO rolls, which was a perfect sharable. The potatas bravas were also a delicious staple. Their menu is terrific; varied and eclectic - we wish we could've tried more things!

Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back! The atmosphere, service, and food are a great addition to Central.
NOTE: I read some other reviews that stated the noise level is loud. It was, but nothing worse than most other places. A recommendation would be to ask for a seat towards the front or back.

I've been here multiple times. I love the food, quite eclectic! I always get the champagne, so can't comment on the cocktails. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet classy. The decor is lovely, with such a cool ceiling! I'm a vegetarian, so I wish they would bring back some of their menu items from before they changed their menu. But, we were just there and enjoyed a couple of wonderful salads/tapas, plus the plantain entree.

Pleasantly surprised. Great food. Awesome atmosphere. Comfy seats. Really awesome staff. The food was out of this world good and pretty decent portions as far as tapas goes. The menu is an eclectic mix of all regions from around the world. The "french onion soup" is a crazy twist and I love it. Get it. You won't be mad. Will definitely be back soon.

First and foremost, to Bartend and serve a table is a lot but Ryne(I hope I spelled it right) was amazing. Such a solid person. Service immaculate, drinks even better and food was better than immaculate so what else to say? Tropez is fire and the price is worth the experience because awesome service and awesome atmosphere. Owner knows what he’s doing and management hit the nail on the head by hiring Ryne. Love this place and the food! Get the burger of the month fasho!

As always amazing food and service! The fall menu is absolutely delicious. The duck Flatbread is an amazing combination of flavors with the fig jam, pickled onion and cripsy duck, and the goat cheese puffs are just to die for:)

Daniella was amazing! So professional and friendly.! The food and atmosphere were so welcoming and relaxing we could have stayed all day (and almost did!) thoroughly enjoyable brunch!

Great brunch spot, bottomless mimosas for $20. Enjoyed the LFG martini w/ St. George gin and the St. Tropez salad with scallops. Very fresh and quality ingredients

The wild mushroom butternut squash ravioli was truly decadent. The red lentil curry is delicious. A beautiful hidden gem.

Excellent brunch. Croque Madame should be a staple of every brunch menu, and yet its surprisingly hard to find in downtown St. Pete. The one I had Sunday at Tropez nailed it. Perfectly soft bread, flavorful tender ham, and just the right amount of gruyere cheese under a fried egg. My wife and I also started with the fried cheese curds that were battered in Green Bench beer and they we dangerously good. $20 bottomless mimosa (during brunch), comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Defiantly recommend checking them out.

We chose Tropez as our first dinner post quarantine and we were not disappointed. Amanda was our server and was simply wonderful. Knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and the best we could ask for. We had the scallops, lobster roll, crab rangoon, French onion dumplings and the brownie. Everything was incredible and fresh. Seriously so darn good. We topped it off with a bottle of champagne to celebrate quarantine being over. It was my first visit here and will certainly not be my last!

If you're ever looking for really great spot, along with fantastic food to a spectacular atmosphere .. I must recommend to go to Tropez St Pete!.. the vibes, the music , and bites were absolutely out of this world .. Today was my first time going there .. all I can tell you .. is I cannot wait to go there again!!!

Love the atmosphere and the mushroom ravioli! It's a bit pricey - but a nice date night spot.

The food and cocktails are absolutely delicious and they also have great service and atmosphere. I highly recommend Tropez to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Everything was better than expected. Simple dishes were prepared perfectly. The Cobb salad was one of the best I’ve had! Lobster Rolls...Amazing! Will be back for sure!
