AT&T Store

I visited the AT&T store here in in Culpeper today and had the pleasure of working with Tyler Collum. I was impressed with his knowledge and with his willingness to go above and beyond to service me. He did a great job setting up my new phone and was very patient in answering my many questions. Thank you, Tyler, for your excellent service.

I was greeted by the same guy who helped me get my screen replaced even though it wasn't att. And everyone knew that I was there with a phone that I had purchased elsewhere but I got no hassle or flack. Instead I was informed that my credit was good enough to get a new I phone and would I like a contract today. Great team.

Having previously had negative experiences at this store years ago, it was refreshing to walk in yesterday and find that the store was fully staffed with friendly and helpful people! I dreaded trading in my phone as a result of my last experience there, but this was a very easy transaction, and much more pleasant than I expected! Every staff member in the store was friendly and engaging, they also seemed to have their customers best interest at heart. This was the fastest, easiest experience I have ever had upgrading my phone! Great job guys!

I recently purchased a new IPhone and I'm still learning the differences between my old and new phone. I spoke to Tyler and he took the time to explain what I needed and went above and beyond answering questions. He also made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He is well spoken and very proficient with his people skills and his knowledge.

We have been with AT&T for about ten years now. We recently went in for an upgrade and new lines. While there we recieved excellent help and found an even better phone plan. They assisted us in finding devices that worked best for what we needed and were knowledgeable when we had questions. We are very happy with the service we received, our new devices, and our new plans.

I recently purchased a new phone at your store. My sales representative was Brendlie and it was a pleasure. As you know, getting a new phone can be a long process and he made the experience quite enjoyable. Brendlie knew the products and could answer all questions. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had a pretty complicated situation with a client's phone and the staff could not have been nicer. Professional, courteous, patient, efficient and took time to get my account set up. The teamwork within that group of gentlemen was first class and I would have no hesitation in giving them, particularly Doug, five stars. A pleasure to do business with them compared with other AT&T stores I've visited over the past few months.

The person who helped us was great! very informative and knowledgeable, but also super down to earth and easy to get along with! i enjoyed the wait for my phone to be ready, josh is the man!

Everyone in the store is always super helpful and nice. They do not let you leave without going above and beyond. I visited two different locations before this and this is the only AT&T location that has solved my issues. The Assistant Store Manager Doug was great!

Emilio was an amazing representative! Would recommend this store to my friends and family. In fact, my father will be visiting it soon for his upgrade

The manager here at the Culpeper AT&T store Joshua, is amazing. EVERY time we have had an issue, either simple or complex, he has went above and beyond all of our expectations. He just spent over one hour on the phone for us with a billing issue. You just don’t find this level of customer service anymore. Honestly I don’t think we would still have our 4 phones with AT&T if not for him. Over the years we have witnessed his knowledge, patience and kindness with every customer who is lucky enough to be served by him.

I had an issue for almost 3 weeks getting my new phone activated and ported over from another carrier. Not a single person in the call centers or my local ATT dealer could figure out what the issue was, and kept giving me the run around. I went to this store while visiting family from out of state, and within 10 mins, Josh and Lewis were able to quickly identify the problem, and work towards solving it. I left with a working phone , all problems solved, and a smiling face! These guys are very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! Thank you!!

I recently had a great experience recently. I was helped over the period of a week from 3 different team members who were all very knowledgeable and helpful during my visits while I attempted to decide what route was best for me. Doug was the representative that helped me finally set up the plan of my choice and the process was smooth and painless. Thanks Doug!

I had the most wonderful experience today when Joshua helped me. He was so pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. At&T is lucky to have someone of his excellence representing them.

Joshua was the nicest most helpful person I have ever dealt with. He was the manager at the AT&T store in Culpeper. He deserves 10 stars. And this world would be a much nicer place if all salespeople were like Joshua.

Hands down this AT&T will help you with any problem you have, will treat you with great customer service, and get you walking out the door very satisfied with your request. I had a two part experience with this store and both went great. I will say that my first trip with getting new phones and new plans was not a quick trip but Taylor helped me and my family first and fixed every problem we had. Our next experience was with Sean and he helped us tremendously. Both are great employees and will always get you through your problems with a breeze. Thank you for all your help Taylor and Sean! Y’all both got it going on!

My wife and I worked with Doug. He helped us find the best deal on the best plan for our family and he was easily able to beat our Verizon plan. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to multitask as other customers interrupted. I don't know about those other turkeys but go see Doug.

Taylor has been absolutely amazing! Yesterday she helped me upgrade a phone and add a new line. I came back and she took her time to help me and my wife log into all of our accounts. Today I came back and upgraded two more phones with her and again she was so nice to help us get logged into everything even the ones we couldn’t remember the passcodes too. She is one of the best sales representatives we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. We will definitely come back to see her if we ever need anything done phone wise.

We had put it off long enough and it was time to upgrade our phones. The team at Culpeper AT&T turned what is usually a drawn out tedious process into a painless and, dare I say, enjoyable experience. We had the good fortune to work with Tayler and Lewis and they are both top notch associates and we were lucky to get them. Not only were they knowledgeable about the phones we were interested in but they made valuable suggestions on additional services and products for us to consider and not once did we feel like we were being pressured or like we were at a used car lot... and if you've ever had to upgrade your phone you know exactly what I'm talking about! Bottom line for us is.. if you're looking for a new phone/service/or accessories, we would HIGHLY recommend this team!
