Was visiting Florida for an extended vacation and decided to look at homes while I was there. I met with the Avalon Group & they were very nice. Jay did an excellent job of representing us in our purchase. He was always responsive, answered our calls, and went above and beyond in helping us resolve issues. He even helped coordinate getting logistics handled and letting people into the unit for us sice we were travelling during much if the process. Ultimately, his advice and diligence helped us secure a fair and good deal and produced a cery smooth closing process. We would heartily recommend him as a buyer's realtor.

Yvette is a wonderful agent. We initially had another realtor and mid-way through decided to change over to her. Why? She listened to our needs. She was quick to respond and personable. It wasn’t just about a transaction. If she didn’t know something, she would go and find out. And she was honest about it.

Her genuine concern to have us find what we’re looking for really shone. We actually lost out on our first offer and were pretty bummed. Immediately the next morning the first email I saw was from Yvette with a new listing that met our needs and was about $100k less than the first one. We worked with Yvette Kim in August 2022 when relocating from Houston, TX to Tampa Bay, FL.

Yvette was already working with our son who was looking for property in the St Pete area. He was so impressed with Yvette and recommended that we worked with her also.

We met her virtually while still in the Houston area and Yvette was professional, knowledgeable, personable, organised, and understood what we were looking for before we got to meet her in person.

We drove to Tampa from Houston on Friday August 5th, met Yvette at 10am on Saturday August 6th, and had an offer accepted on our current home on Sunday August 7th!

On that Saturday we looked at a dozen houses, and fell in love with number 12! Yvette was very patient, kind, and understanding throughout the day and was happy to meet the next day to revisit the house, work on the purchase, and secure the agreement.

It was after that where her relationship skills really excelled. Yvette knew that we were new in town and helped us every step of the way as we looked for contractors and other professionals to help us make the house ready for us to move in to, meeting at the house with those contractors and us to help with those negotiations!

Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us identify and view several homes in the St Pete and Tampa area. He was very accommodating when it came to his availability for us, and on several instances was available same-day for viewings if we requested.
