Park Shore Suites St Pete Beach

Park Shore Suites was amazing. We plan to come here every year!!! Melissa is amazing, truly made us feel like home. The other guests became friends and we will miss them.
Josh and Curt went above and beyond. Amazing!!!! They even put up a projector for the final four March Madness, GO HAWKS.
They even made us a sign for the guest totem pole.

One of the most beautiful accommodations on our Florida trip. Clean, tidy, friendly and absolutely accommodating. The rooms were absolutely sufficient, everything you need for your daily needs was available. The incredibly nice other residents of the surrounding rooms deserve special mention here. Friendly, always available for a nice chat, but not at all intrusive. It all feels very familiar. We would love to come back. Thank you very much.

Such an amazing welcoming place, rooms were great, people friendly, pool awesome. Not overwhelming with tons of people, great place to relax and have fun.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Better than the hotels on the beach in my opinion.
We hope to stay here again if we can get in. They have there regular customers who return every year (they was all lovely and welcoming)...That shows how good it is.

The mixed use of residents and suite guest made this a wonderful socially eclectic experience. I instantly made friends with existing long term residents (great sign), as well as, enjoyed time by the pool, community grill or common areas with tourists from all around the world. Entire property was always super clean and cared for. The property management & maintenance team were top notch. Safe, clean and peaceful enjoyment made this one the top residencies in my adventurous life. Highly recommend this property for vacation or a "stay-cation".

Like a tiny community all it's own, everyone is friendly and pets are welcome - always ready to get a pat or two. Units are clean and tidy and love the fact that it's within walking distance to almost anywhere at the beach. Melissa is always ready to give a helping hand when needed. Great vacation spot.

This is our third year coming back for a duration of 6+ weeks. We absolutely love the facility, It’s in close proximity for fishing, shopping, fine dining, people watching, market going, pet friendly, walking distance to the beach and much much more. Melissa is extremely helpful and responsive.

We stayed at the Park Shore for the month of February 20016 . A perfect , sweet apartment,
everything was immaculate from the linens to the kitchen implements. Sat at the comfortable pool
Late in the afternoon.

and very pleasant.
We enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach and to St Pete Beach 's Cory Avenue , many restaurants and fun bars that had great bands.
We shall definitely return as our stay was great fun!

Recommended this Vacation Rental to a relative and SO who both had a terrific month long stay. Short walk to St. Pete Beach and EZ trolley ride to all the Great Gulf Coast Beaches - consistently rated the top ten in the US. We visited in their newly renovated room just off the pool. It had everything they needed, small kitchenette with wares, AC, separate bedroom and more. Attentive onsite staff for laundry services, beach towels umbrellas, etc. They loved the many great food and music venues nearby and short ride to "happening" downtown St. Petersburg. Great in every way. Will definitely refer to future visitors to SPB.

Finally a place that is not outdated!!! Our room was clean, cosy and modern. And had everything we needed to make it stress free.
The location is also a big plus. Turn left, walk one minute and you are at the beach. Turn right, walk 30 seconds and you have all the action you want. And if you want to chill at the pool, just step out of your room.

great place to stay, it's convenient to everything and just a few blocks from beach access so that was definitely helpful not having to pay for parking all the times we went to the beach. management was awesome and the pool was wonderful!

Beautiful, modern apartments with all the amenities! Just a short trot from the beach and some great restaurants. Awesome community. Bed is super comfy too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place to stay at the beach! Close to shopping, dining, and walking distance to the beach! I would definitely recommend making this your choice for St Pete Beach.
