This is one of the best Starbucks in Richmond in my opinion. The staff is just pure friendly, and the skill at making drinks is pure excellence. They just get the job done and done right! Love coming here!

Visited it today and ordered chai tea latte. The person at the counter was very friendly and answered all my questions patiently. The place has been kept very clean as well. This might become my to go starbucks!!

We love this location! The batistas are always friendly and fast.

What a GREAT way to start a Cold breezy morning in Richmond VA. I walked in craving a warm Peppermint Hot Mocha.
The moment I opened the door I was immediately greeted with smiles across all staff. The Store manager Anthony had the biggest smile and welcomed me. He took my ordered while multiple tasking the drive thru (impressive, I must say) I didn’t feel ignored and he even complimented my outfit. Boy! Did that make my morning.
He took my order and his staff made it in a timely manner. But that’s not all! It’s something about knowing the staff is happy to make your drinks, she was smiling the entire time.
Now I’m not from around this area (NYC is in the building haha) but I have to tell you something, my drink tasted so much better knowing the staff was happy to make it.
Peppermint hot mocha with a side of love, was exactly what I needed on a Saturday morning!

My Mon-Thurs morning stop before work. Efficient staff, clean atmosphere, and always a pleasant experience. The coffee is exactly what I want each time. 🥰

ALWAYS make my drink correctly and delicious! My breakfast is always cooked to perfection as well! Very consistent, quick and friendly!!!! I LOVE the staff.... they are like family!!! Best Starbucks in the area, for the people and especially drinks 🥰🥰🥰

Staff was super friendly. Drive-thru is tight, so take your time. Love that they stirred the honey in my latte. Not all locations do that and it usually settles to the bottom. Perfect latte!

All the negative reviews make me sad on here! I do work at this Starbucks, I transferred from a store in South West Virginia. The manager here is new and he's doing the BEST job at running the store. All the staff I've worked with are friendly to customers AND employees. Bitter drinks can sometimes be from what you ordered inside the drink, not the barista. You also have to understand that if staff calls out and nobody can come in to cover, they will be short and running a drive thru along with a cafe AND mobile order isn't easy when you are short staffed. Also, it can be frustrating if someone orders a drink one way but changes it after it's been made. This Starbucks does not deserve 3.1 overall rating, it deserves 5. Put yourself in an employees shoes when rating a business. Customer service isn't an easy job, in fact it's harder than most.

Grace was Awesome! She fixed an online order I had messed up! She is the best barista every! Polite, courteous and very helpful! I am changing my usual location for this store! Gayton Crossing doesn't measure up not even close!

@ Hannah Tillotsen: I was the customer in the suit sitting at the bar when you came in. You ordered a water and nothing else while the store was busy and there were several people ahead of you. I was honestly flabbergasted at the privileged snarkiness you shot at the barista because he wouldn’t put the PAYING customers in front of you on hold so that you could get your FREE water before everyone else waiting. P.S. you were only waiting for your water for 3 minutes. You could have easily paid for a bottled water at the register if you were in that much of a rush. The folks in this store are always super friendly and courteous to me, but then again I treat others with the same level of respect that I want to receive. You even looked me right in the eye with this scoffing look like “can you believe this?!?” I almost said something to you then and there. Honestly, I don’t know if I could have treated you with as much courtesy as that barista given how rude you were to him and how you acted like you were more important than everyone else in the store. I’ll be leaving a 5 star review to counteract your 1 star.

Use the drive thru often and they are always so cheerful! One of the best in the local area :)

I wish I had gotten the baristas name. He has often been there in the afternoons. Excellent! Always to order, consistently. All the safety protocols in place.

This Starbucks is absolutely amazing. No matter what anybody says. Everyone strives to get you what you need in a nice and timely fashion. I will always go to this Starbucks. Each person is a precious snowflake 😄😄

More like CUTEBUCKS. I love this store, everyone is friendly. I've even got free drinks before, but that's because I was nice. Don't try it if you're not nice.

I have always loved Starbucks, but I have been totally addicted here lately. And this particular one is extra good. Order is always correct, fast, and staff is great.

A lot of people would think that all Starbucks are made the same but this one is our favorite in town especially with all the people I work with at the hospital, definitely a cut above

Usually only use the drive through, but they make the best Caramel Macchiato out of all of the Starbucks in Richmond.
