I just had my first appointment today. I'm not necessarily scared of going to the dentist, but I'm definitely not overly fond of it. However, this experience was great. It was a little different than my old dentist, but everyone explained what they were doing in detail that made sense to someone who doesn't know a lot about teeth. The dentist spent a lot of time with me compared to what I'm used to which was nice. I felt valued as a patient and am glad I choose them as my new dental practice.

I’ve been with them since 2017. Why? Because they are friendly, and call when they have openings, and so amazing dental work. They make everyone in the family at ease with their kindness and humor.

I had my first appointment on March 4, 2024. I found the hygenist Mary to be very thorough and professional. The dentist Dr Simpson took his time to explain everything in detail. Everyone at the practise is pleasant, friendly and professional. I was also impressed that no one tried to sell me any unnecessary expensive treatments!

Visit went fine as always. Bonnie was great know how to deal with me. Dr Simpson I will be seeing in a few weeks for some work to be done he is the best dentist I ever been too.

Best dentist office around by far. Going to a dentist can be a nerve racking experience. They are always so pleasant and comforting. You can tell by the smiles and giggles from the employees, it's a great environment....

Great at what they do, was very comforting in explaining the procedures. Was patient with me, as well as understanding. They took very good care of me and my teeth.

Very professional staff, even with Covid-19 protocols. The hygienist came out to my car to take my temperature. I hadn’t had a dental check up in quite a while and Bonnie patiently worked with me to give my teeth an exceptional cleaning! This clinic earned my trust and I will now be a regular patient.

As someone who has hated going to the dentist to the point I stopped going for years, I actually look forward to my scheduled visits here. Everyone has been exceedingly kind, professional, and sensitive to the fact i have had some no so great visits from previous offices. Best facility I have been to yet.

Great staff and easy scheduling process. When I arrived for my first appointment, they took their time, listened to me, and made me feel welcome/ heard. I'm so glad I chose them for my new dental office after moving to the area. As a healthcare worker myself, I value the professionalism and care this office provided me and others today. I would recommend anyone looking for a change or new dental office to consider calling them. They are great.

As a Vet (VA) patient I was treated extremely well. The tech was very professional and told my wife and I everything she was doing or would do.
The DR was extremely professional and spent time reviewing past records and doing a very detailed examination prior to suggesting a treatment plan that he would submit to the VA.
I highly recommend this Dr., practice and staff.
I have already called the Richmond VA and provided the same review.

Outstanding appointment. The check in process was smooth and quick. I did not have to wait long before being seen and the attention to detail was fantastic.
