Outstanding experience. It was interesting to see what the soldiers wrote. And the volunteers were first class. Must see and easy to find.

This is a gem! The people who volunteer are super knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. I love the history of this little house and is great to go in nice weather. Check out the nearby brewery for food and drink and a great place for kids to run around outside.

Very atmospheric house to tour and amazing to see messages and names left by both armies that occupied the property

Interesting place to stop. Checkout the Civil war soldier's drawings on the preserved walls of what was once a makeshift civil war hospital for both armies. Talk with the knowledgeable volunteers about the history of the building and surrounding land. It definitely feels like some of the old patients never left!

A great little museum/site to stop at if you are a Civil War buff. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helped me find my way around the area to the battle sites. The house is kind of in bad shape, but seeing how they don't get federal funding I am amazed at the great work they do here. The graffiti house features signatures and drawings original to the Civil War from soldiers and generals, even J.E.B. Stuart. I wish that they had a better interpretation of the battle ground sites and a good map to help locate the sites, but that's the only thing I really think they could improve on.

I always wanted to visit the Brandy Station Battlefield and on my way to Fredericksburg, we stopped and had a ball! Very friendly people and looking at the graffiti from the Civil War was awesome. I definitely recommend.

This museum is very unusual. More people should consider a visit here. It is very thoughtful. To consider our modern hospitals, this is a treasure.
