This dealership is the REAL DEAL. I was so impressed from the moment I reached out to this dealership from 1200 miles away on a used car they had for sale. Nick Shields in the sales department responded almost instantaneously with answers to my questions, additional pictures of the vehicle, walk around vide of the car and detailed/honest assessment of any defects/scratches/dents present on the vehicle so there's no surprises when I see the vehicle in person. He was spot on... honest... accommodating and simply made buying a car from 1200 miles away as easy as possible. He even took the time to pick me up when I arrived at the airport. He was very patient with me as I had lots of questions, concerns & demands when buying a used car. He is no pressure, consultative and really exemplifies what Don Beyer Volvo of Dulles is all about. He went above and beyond the entire step of the way. He fought for me to get a great deal on a vehicle and made sure it was detailed and looking spotless when I arrived to pick it up. Hes a true professional and don't hesitate to ask for him if you want 5 star service for your vehicle purchase.

Speaking of fighting for me the finance director , George Sale, put his boxing gloves on for me and very worked hard with their local lenders to make sure I got an incredible interest rate that was lower than my local credit union even with interest rates being high across the board in the car industry. I just got the new car from your dealership and have just finished my 6 days road trips to Atlanta and Orlando, so I’m writing this review to say thanks and shout out to Mr. Glen Carter who was a sale associate to help me on the process of getting my dream car which is Volvo XC60 2023 Ultimate. He was exceptional, went above and beyond to make sure I were comfortable and be able to get the car what I was looking in a month with an affordable price and trust that I had lost with the previous salesman when I purchased my previous car. The experience I got to buy the car was so smooth from the beginning when I just came to the shop. To be honest, I was thinking to see another XC60s at different dealerships on that day but I didn’t have to because Glen had understood what I was looking and wanted to save my time to get my dream car. He made all the procedures going so smooth and convenient, plus he kept his promises on what came with the car and price.
Besides that, I’m living 3 hours away from the Beyer Dulles dealership but I felt so lucky and happy to buy the car overthere. It is making sense why Beyer Dulles won the Excellent Award from Volvo.
I’m still in love and enjoy driving my new XC60 everyday. I’m looking forward to experiencing the first annual service which has included in the Volvo warranty package.

We had a great experience aquiring our Volvo XC90 Hybrid at Don Beyer Volvo of Dulles. Our salesperson Nick Shields was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the car features and very patient with our questions. A last-minute stop at Don Beyer Volvo became a pleasant surprise and hands-down the best decision I made while car shopping for my teenage son. William Torres delivered his promise. I bought a used 2022 SUV XC60 Volvo with some very visible deep scratches. He assured me that it will be taken cared of, my husband and I were very surprised and amazed when we looked at the car again after it got cosmetically fixed. The car looked brand new. To make the story short, we bought the car. I had to cancel my reservation for a brand new Toyota XLE RAV4. William still answers all my inquiries more than a week after I bought the car he still responds to my question related to my car. Beyer Volvo Cars Dulles is the place you want to be when buying cars. I will have to wait and see if I still get the same level of service, when it’s time for maintenance.

Excellent care - my specialist ran into some problems but they don't call her a miracle worker (Deborah Stack )for nothing.

This is an incredible Volvo store. I grew up with a car salesman father back in the 80s and boy how times have changed for the better! Vic was my salesman and he did a great job. Very laid back, listened I as told him what I was looking for and got me the deal I wanted as well. Vic is an advocate for the buyer. Never thought I’d say that about buying a car but it’s true. Brand new facilities too. After the purchase- Alec, a dedicated tech expert, walked my wife through how to operate her vehicle features. George- our FI guy, closed the deal with no fuss or pressure to buy the extras. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

It was a pleasure to work with Glenn when buying my V60 recharge! After purchase, Alec walked me through all the finer points of my new car which made going home with my first hybrid/electric car very easy!
