MINI of Sterling

Very exciting and enjoyable. The car arrived from port on Wednesday and I was there early and excited to pick it up. Abraham was very helpful in speeding up the process to get the car ready and complete the paperwork. I really enjoyed talking and passing the time with him as he was going about the process.

Buying a car from Sterling was a great experience. They had the car I wanted and we did everything long distance. From the moment we contacted them everyone was fully engaged and very responsive. They even took care of taxes, tags and title for NV. My new car arrived at our door within a week. Five stars all the way!

I recently bought a used Mini Cooper from Mini of Sterling and worked with Abraham Evans. I have to say, Abraham made the process incredibly straight forward. His knowledge of the car, accommodating approach and warm personality was a welcome change to how so many car buying experiences go. He was both personable and professional. My only complaint about the entire process is that Abraham has virtually zero help in the Mini part of the dealership. The day I was there was extremely busy and Abraham did a fantastic job though he was working with multiple other customers. If I had been impatient or was in a rush, I would not have bought the car here as it was a one man show virtually the entire 6 hours I was there. Huge kudos to Abraham.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Adrian at this mini dealership, and the experience was outstanding. The level of professionalism, care, and genuine helpfulness was evident throughout. What truly impressed me, in addition to Adrian's excellent service, was the meticulous work of the technicians.

Unlike other places, the techs here demonstrated a level of consciousness that set them apart. A clear example of this was the condition of my steering wheel upon return. It was spotless, free of any grease or grime. It's a small detail, but one that speaks volumes about the attention to cleanliness and detail. I've been to other mini dealerships where I needed to clean my steering wheel after service, but that wasn't a concern here.

Adrian and the techs at this dealership have earned my trust and loyalty. I appreciate the quality of service, attention to detail, and the overall positive experience. I'll be returning for any future needs. Highly recommended!

Jeff took EXCELLENT care of my car and me!! He really went to bat for me with the warranty people, and he was constantly updating me with the status of my car. I am very, very impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism, and his kindness. Even though Sterling is an hour from my home, it would be well worth the drive any time I need service. I brought my mini in for routine service on 1/20/24. To my delighted surprise, Julie Wharton checked me in. She had sold me my mini. I was replacing a mini that had been totaled in a car accident. It was a very stressful time. Then, as now, Julie made me feel as though she was genuinely taking personal care of me and my car. This time as well as when I purchased the car, all went very smoothly. I will always request Julie Wharton when I schedule my next service appointment!

Welcoming atmosphere. Excellent waiting area for remote workers. Worked while I waited for my Mini Cooper to get serviced. Jeff was excellent and guided me through the process. Easy checkout and service time was accurate.

Everything about the my experience with purchasing my new Mini Countryman was outstanding. Starting with a test drive of a used Countryman to placing the special order for my new Countryman to taking delivery of the vehicle was exceptional. Throughout the process I felt like this purchase was just as big a deal for Abraham as it was for me. My thanks to everyone at the dealership involved, but especially Abraham.

The service at Mini of Sterling was great. They did everything I asked for. They took a good look at the car for possible issues. They showed care and consideration. The job they did was perfect.

Abraham was great with buying the car, he deserves 5 stars. Couldn’t ask for anything better. The finance manager Kaled has been completely unresponsive since purchase. So if there’s someone else you can work with on that part I’d recommend it. Otherwise great experience.

Great service and highly qualified/supportive staff! Jeff Shade was very accommodating and was able to squeeze my vehicle in for the necessary maintenance on short notice. Jeff kept me up-to-date and arrange transportation for me while my vehicle was being serviced. Would recommend to any Mini customer in the area.

Jeff was awesome to deal with when the belt broke on my countryman on the way to work. Was able to get me in immediately as I limped her over. There was other work that I had planned to get done at my usual dealer, but I was so impressed I had it all done here. Definitely making Sterling my home dealer now

He keeps tabs on the maintenance of the vehicle and is always considerate of our personal schedules and well-being doing the visits. He explains any issues with the car and offers options to address any concerns. He is one of the reasons we enjoy having this car . . . because we know that Jeff will help us keep it running.

Latest visit on 2023 AUGUST15: One of the main reasons I give this dealership an excellent recommendation is due to Mr. JEFF SHADE. I feel that I truly have a partner at the dealership in maintaining the safety and the performance of my vehicle. He keeps me informed throughout the service of my Mini and is considerate and responsive to my needs, (including a loaner vehicle). The treatment I receive from Mr. Shade is first class. He is a fantastic person to work with, friendly and very professional, which makes him a great representative as one of the faces of Sterling Mini.

We had a major problem with our mini countryman leaking oil. The car was still under warranty, the service department thankfully took care of our problem. We could not be happier with this dealership! Great customer service! 🤩

Always professional, never pressuring, with real expertise about the vehicles they service. Plus, they do a great job explaining what my car might need without applying any pressure for services that I need to delay or decline. I expect to continue going to them even after my service warranty ends.

I had done my research on the JCW Clubman before deciding to buy one. Julie helped me out by answering all my questions via text, email or in person. She was always available and knowledgeable. Julie is funny, smart and on point! We truly had a good time with her. She did NOT make it feel like a car buying experience. We actually had a good time with her like we were old friends. She kept me informed of the process every step of the way.
Finally, the day I got my car the whole entire process from Julie going over everything in the car and the finance department took less than 2 hours and was NOT painful!!!
