Dr. Robert L. Hetzel, MD

Dr. Hetzel has been both my Primary Care Physician and a good friend for years. He's as helpful as they come, answering any questions and addressing any concerns with swift expertise and professionalism. His staff is great as well, and I hope to remain in both his and their care for many years to come.

He’s a very good doctor. He spent time to answer all my questions and he’s easy to talk to. I will recommend him to anyone.

The front desk staff are RUDE and LAZY.
I was told to go to the front for my work note. The front desk lady had an attitude from the beginning and gave a envelope that had been printed a while ago. Instead of taking initiative to ensure that it was the correct note, she just handed me an envelope. Glad I checked, it was a referral. Went back to her and she was mad she had to get up from her chair to find out. Meanwhile, the other crazy desk lady legit laughed in my face when I told them I needed a work note. She’s like “why you need a work note? Because your sick?” Like really? They’re were both so nasty!
It’s sad to see how you can’t even get the bare minimum service anymore. And this is not the first negative encounter with them. The front desk cost me to look for another Dr. and Dr Hetzel is the BEST Dr. I’ve been coming to him for over 10 years. But to deal with those nasty, lazy staff…. No thanks !
