I have been seeing Dr. Lee for over 20 years and I have never dealt with a more professional, courteous, and caring staff. Dr. Lee always spends time listening to my concerns, answering questions, and sometimes even more importantly, he pays attention, takes notes, and shows compassion. My lifestyle, kids, job, and other elements that affect my health are always on his list to discuss. Bloodwork results the following day and available on their portal, prescriptions refilled usually the same day as requested, and just great people all around. I don't know what more you could ask from a GP and their staff!

Dr Lee sincerely cares about his patients well being. He is compassionate, never rushes through a visit and is very thorough.

Dr. Lee was very compassionate and answered all of my questions with a level of understanding i haven't seen from a primary care doctor in years.

Doctor Traunk is good but office personnels are not helpful at all. I didn’t receive the link that i supposed to set up my patient portal and called many times, no one answering,also it is a week that I am out of my medications , 3 times called the nurse and they ask same question again and again , still haven’t got any medicine

Why is this nurse a nurse???
I have to say Dr Lee is great. But the nurse they have in staff is the most rude, un-nurturing, un-friendly, short-tempered, disconnected person i've ever met. Specially in a setting that requires the complete opposite!
Be ready to feel like you're bothering this woman if you come to this office because she will treat you like such.
Both my girlfriend and I have had the same experience, furthermore she needed a written Dr's note for an outpatient procedure that the nurse could not be bothered to send on time and her procedure almost ended up canceled because of this after months of waiting.
She needs to go. Or unfortunately we will just have to find another doctor.

worst experience i have ever had at a doctors office, and i have seen a lot of doctors. i turn 21 soon so my pediatrician who i loved said it was time to move to a adult physician. everyone was very rude and seemed in a rush and doctor wasn’t caring at all. i got a strep test by the nurse but i barely felt it touch the back of the throat so i’m not sure if she did it correctly. i’ve seen the sterling location and had no issues at all but i will not be returning to the leesburg location again

The nurse in the Leesburg office is awful. She just looks and acts bothered to be there and doing anything for you. It’s really unsettling. Not to mention the wait time is absurd - minimum forty minutes past appointment time before you’re even seen and the nurse is completely useless while you wait. No prep, no tests, nothing to minimize the time spent waiting.

To put it plainly, the treatment I received was beyond sub par. The physicians are quite unpleasant, and to be honest, I'd rather suffer longer than see them again. They operate their practice in such a weird and depressing way. The staff are not trained to deal with compassion towards sick patients. They need to do some major reevaluating.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The doctors are unbelievably rude, the place feels like a nursing home, and quite frankly I’d rather suffer for longer than see them again. They run their practice in the exact opposite way someone who wants to make money would run their practice. Terrible.

Completely incompetent. Doctors and front staff were fine but the nurse was incapable of calling in a prescription. I went to another provider who took care of everything without a problem. I’ll never be going back.
