Paul and his entire team at Priority 1 are top notch! This is the 2nd time we have had service done by his company and team and both were major jobs. Paul worked with our insurance company to provide the written estimates they required, and they did a great job installing a brand new PVC drain pipe (under our concrete slab) as well as installing all new plumbing in our 70 year old home. Highly recommend Paul and his crew. My husband called about the issues we were having with clogs and overflows. Paul came out and looked at everything, made recommendations for necessary fixes. Excellent service! My kitchen faucet lines had a "connector" leak. Cam and Mike arrived in the time slot specified, they called ahead, they didn't make a mess, they put in a whole new system, because, as we had found out from the hardware store, the connector isn't available anymore. Thank you !

Honesty.......not a word you get to use very often anymore. But, I can say that Paul from Priority 1 told me that he DID NOT need to jet out my drain. He stated that the cost wasn't going to buy me anything. The pipes are old cast iron. If we don't put anything strange down there, we should be good. So I highly recommend this company to anyone needing help from an honest company.

We called Paul on a Sat morning and he came right out and assessed and fixed our sewer backup problem. Unfortunately we had a crack in our line and roots were growing in. 5 days later it was clogged again, and Paul came out and re-assessed it and cleared it without recharging me. It was clear an expensive repair was needed, but he volunteered critical information that the Town of Leesburg will fix a cracked sewer line if the crack is at or past the 2nd clean out drain in the front yard. He called the Town Water folks and they came out and confirmed they could fix it. I was SO grateful for Paul's service and knowledge that saved me thousands of dollars.

I had a major main sewer line drainage problem this past weekend. It was completely backed-up. Paul, from Priority 1 Plumbing came out to my house and assessed the situation quickly. Paul provided some great advice to me before I started down the path of digging up my yard to fix the drain problem. THAT is a perfect example of calling a company who knows the business and has years of experience. Priority 1's advice saved me $8-$10K. They earned my trust and respect and will be the first ones I call for any future plumbing work.

I recently needed to replace an entire waterline that ran from the water meter at the end of my driveway, all the way into my home.
P1P came highly recommended as the company to take on the task and I am very pleased with the result! They were incredibly efficient at installing the new pipe, as well as took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions along the way. Also, once the work was completed, they ensured that the job site was cleaned of any debris. Lastly, they offered a very competitive price, as compared to other quotes I received - I will absolutely be using P1P again for any of my plumbing needs.

I was referred to Priority 1 Plumbing by a friend. The project was small. Despite that, Paul fit us into their schedule very quickly. The morning they were to arrive, our well pump failed. This was completely coincidental and suddenly we had an urgent and much larger project for Priority 1. By the next day, a Saturday, Matt and his team had the new well pump installed. This business provides very prompt and professional service and lived up to their name by prioritizing our needs way beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

These guys are great. I’ve used them three times since moving into our house. The first time we called, the issue ended up not being plumbing related, nonetheless they gave us some good advice and didn’t charge us anything. Since then, we had Priority 1 replace our main water shutoff valve and our water heater. Both times they offered a competitive price, were quick and professional, and did an excellent job. I can’t recommend Paul and Priority 1 Plumbing enough! He has been a lifesaver for us. Unfortunately, we found out that our entire cast iron sewer line needed to be replaced, which has the potential to be a nightmare. Paul and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Paul thoroughly explained the condition of our line and kept me updated regarding every detail along the way.
