The Gulf Beach Resort

We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Beach Resort. The manager Kathy, was GREAT to work with. She treats you like family. She is a positive reason we rented as many as 5 units at a time for our family vacation. The increase in rental starting Jan 16 plus the additional fees caused us to look elsewhere.

We come to Gulf Beach Resort annually for a one month stay. Clean, quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Property Manager Kathy Collins ensures all these qualities continue year after year with her sincere and dedicated effort and hours spent keeping the Gulf Beach Resort the type of vacation destination which we so very much appreciate.

We were lucky to find this place a few years back. We look forward to coming every year. Kathy is an incredible manager and she makes our stay Flawless every time. It's quiet and very clean and absolutely wonderful in every way.

Room was great. Has a bath and half, awesome view. Close to many restaurants, Publix and Starbucks to keep the wife happiest.

We were in town for a wedding at the Bellwether, and this was perfect for our needs. The suite was more like an apartment, so we had plenty of space and great amenities to stay for a few nights, like a full kitchen/fridge, two balconies, the pool and hot tub, as well as direct beach access. Kathy helped with everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

I love this resort! Everything is clean. The pool is perfect, the hot tub is perfect, and the view is very good too. We come here every year and we love it. We always look forward to it.

Beautiful accommodations, ultra convenient, every amenity you could want. I had a perfect birthday stay and look forward to my next visit. I definitely will be back. Kathy and Denise took very good care of us. Great people, great stay, a winning combination.

Awesome onsite managers: Kathy and Amanda. Beautiful gulf views. We’ve stayed in both Gulf front rooms, amazing sunset and beach views, and the rooms that have the small side balcony with a partial gulf view and a balcony on the inter-coastal side. All the rooms we’ve ever stayed in are clean, nice and the AC always works great! Pool and hot tub are great, too!!

A great place to stay. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed. The pool and whirlpool were great but we spent most of time on the beach. A very good location. Property manager on site and always happy to assist if needed. Perfect location. Will definitely be back.

Just a wonderful small resort. Kathy the on site manager is great. Comfy and clean rooms, in-ground pool, hot tub. Super location to fun beach bars, restaurants and grocery store. Spectacular gulf views and beach. 7 years in a row. Love it here!❤

Great little quaint room (112) with King bed and small kitchen and breakfast table. Who spends all their vacation in their room anyway? Right on the beach and you can’t beat the price. Would rather help out the mom & pop businesses too. The building is historically old but kept up well and clean! Less than a mile from St. Armands Circle. Nice place to bike ride.
Covid is keeping fearful folks away so it’s not crowded and no reservations needed, Columbia restaurant and Rico’s Pizza is a good choice. We will return!

Absolutely wonderful. Gorgeous Beach. Room exceptionally clean, property very well maintained. Staff highly responsive and friendly. Book it, you won't regret!

Great place to stay. Located on the Beach and right next to crabby bills too! Well worth the stay here!

Best value on the beach, well managed. Clean room's. And a good view,of the gulf, what ever room you choose. Plenty of restaurant's with in walking distance . And publix supermarket close too.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Very quiet and relaxing. This is a great place to come to recharge.

My family and I have been yearly vacationers for the past 15 years!!! We love the condos and Kathy always takes great care of the facility and guest!❤
