Starbucks

This is a really nice Starbucks. The seating area is very open. There’s a loveseat/coffee table to the right of the entrance and several tables/chairs.

The staff was great, helpful, nice, etc.

The menu is awesome, along with all the different types of coffee, there are good food options.

I got my favorite, a Coffee Frappuccino and my friend got a Cookies and Cream/Oreo Frappuccino.

There’s handicap parking out front.

Never been to this location before but had a great experience with ordering, receiving our food in an ample amount of time (and was correct) and it was a large space where we could eat as well. Would definitely stop here again on the way to my hair appt!

Drinks are consistently what you expect. I'm am starting to take a step back from ordering food.

AWESOME! I stopped there this morning on my way to work to get a venti white chocolate mocha. The girl who took my order was PHENOMENAL. Full of energy and very friendly. We had a great conversation and she even gave me a free pack of tissues and said they were giving them to customers to say thank you. Great, fast service and my drink was perfect. Shoutout to them! :)

I love coming to my local Starbucks. The customer service here is always good!

Great coffee and friendly staff!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks before it was stand alone. I don’t get great service or accurate drinks all the time but I’m leaving this 5 star for Austin. Whenever they’re working my service is amazing and my drink is always accurate, knows my drink as soon as I pull up as well.

Good good and delicious drinks. We got there during breakfast and they were very busy but still moving efficiently. They had unfortunately run out of most of their breakfast sandwiches but the English muffin with ham was delicious. Highly recommend the vanilla cream cold brew!

The staff at this Starbucks are amazing. I had an incident today on my way into the Lansdowne shopping center, a guy followed me in a rage and got up on my tail and honked his horn because he thought I cut him off. When I got to the drive thru, he got out of his car and approached my window to shout profanities at me. Then when I got up to the mic to say my order and pulled my window down he got out of his car again and threatened to hurt me if I ever cut him off again. (I didn’t cut him off) The staff heard and saw the whole thing and offered me to come inside to take down his license plate and call the police. They also gave me my coffee for free and made me feel so safe and seen. I was very emotional and it meant a lot to me that they didn’t just move past the situation and tried to comfort me. Thank you Starbucks. God bless you all ♥

I was there at around 830 on Tuesday March 22. I had a very pleasant experience in the drive-through the man who was at the window was so polite and complementary! Really a great way to start out the day will definitely continue coming back here

We brought our cousins to Starbucks for the first time. He didn’t like the iced coffee and we asked the employee if we could switch it with the drink he liked that I bought, the dragonfruit one. The employee was super kind and didn’t have any problem with it and immediately gave us the dragonfruit one also giving us the option to keep the iced tea. Such amazing service. ❤

Favorite SB crew. Everyone's fun and friendly, and they know all their customers. Just wish they had a bigger store with comfy seating. They created a great social vibe but corporate didn't give them the physical space and ambience to enjoy it.

My friend and I just grabbed coffee and James took our payment. Fantastic service, he was so kind and funny! He had awesome energy and was the best start to the day :)

Great quality coffee as is expected with Starbucks. Easily accessible store location that has a friendly and efficient staff with indoor and outdoor seating. Interior has ample lighting and areas for laptops as well as wifi.

This Starbucks is the best one I’ve been to! Drive through is always quick and service is always great.

It's a very cute cafe with a bright atmosphere. Definitely going back again to try the s'mores drink and yogurt!
