Roxy at the front desk is great! Her customer service skills are excellent and she went above and beyond to make sure we got checked into our room after a long day of traveling! It was a very pleasant experience ! Thank you Roxy you deserve 5 stars!!!!

I stayed for a couples days with my family and I really enjoyed my stay. I must say we were satisfied breakfast was good too, breakfast lady Shantay is really a good person she’s very patient and calm other girls didn’t seem to understand English so it’s a good thing she was there to assist us. All morning I was watching her and she really worked exceptional🤩

We were just there and found everything great. Abdull at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Always answered questions, had a smile, and had helpful suggestions. All the staff was polite and genial, always had a good morning and a smile and all were professional. They were doing some work on the front facade which made the main entrance a bit harder to access at times, but not a real inconvenience at all. We were there for a travel baseball tournament and they are centrally located to all the fields we played at so that made travel easy and convenient. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. The pool probably could've used a vacuuming due to some leaves, but it didn't seem to affect the kids swimming at all. All in all, I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

I just wanted you guys to know that I was very pleased with my room it was nice and clean and my check in was smooth London at front desk was a sweetheart thank again.

The best part is coffee throughout the day!!! London at the front desk is an absolute Angel. She’s so sweet, patient and accommodating. My check-in was so smooth. I informed her of an event I had to attend that evening and requested early check in and she certainly called me back as soon as one became available. I noticed how well she treated guest checking out too by holding their bags due to a later flight. She needs a raise, seriously! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about housekeeping & the breakfast attendant. Nobody speaks, I was actually shocked. I always had to initiate a greeting or they’ll just stare at you. Breakfast was hot along with variety, my only issue is they let items run out rather than replenish, even if it is closing hour. The room was spacious & comfortable, few carpet stains and surprisingly no clock in the room. These are things that can make or break your hotel.

I cannot say enough great things about the Springhill Suites and staff. From the smiles at check in, cleanliness of the room, great breakfast put out every day that is once again put out with a smile and see that it's taken care of just as if they were making for their own family. The room was clean and a place you'd feel safe having your child crawl around. The management and staff were excellent and went above and beyond to the point where after a long day out on the ocean, I forgot my sunblock. The manager, I believe her name was Brandy, after having a quick laugh at me looking like a lobster without even asking provided me with Sunburn relief. I have traveled all over the world, and I would definitely say 10 stars because cleanliness, a smile, and going above and beyond is hard to find in the world we live in. Thank you to the Management and Staff of SpringHill Suites. I would recommend them over the highest rated hotels that I've stayed.

The staff were very warm and helpful. Checking in and out was efficient and smooth. The room was very nice and clean. I would certainly stay there again and again when in the area.

Stay here several times and always is been great. Breakfast area some times is crowded but still good. Management and associates always been very polite and nice.

I had a 2-night stay at this hotel this weekend. The staff was very friendly, acommodating, and responsive. They provided excellent service in a professional manner. Also, it was easy to reach (right off the highway) and only 5 minutes away from the Rapids Water Park. It allowed us to go when they opened, take a break during the hottest hours, and then return in the evening.

The breakfast was really good and had different items each day. Definitely above quality than other hotels' breakfast line-ups.

The room was clean, well-kept, and the bed/couch/pullouts were comfortable. My 5 year old twins slept the entire night both nights! I even took a nap on the couch at one point.

The pool was decently sized and clean, although i did not get a chance to swim in it sadly.

All this for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend this hotel, and will likely book again!

Overall we had an absolutely amazing experience!!! Charissa at the front desk was amazing. They were able to accommodate us for early check in. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and the bed slept AMAZING!!! The breakfast in the morning was awesome especially the eggs. Only cons were the elevator floors were always dirty (busy weekend) and the coffee was on the watery side. Overall we had a wonderful time.

My stay was excellent, the highlight of my stay was that Ms. Maria was the best with helping our stay be the absolute best. She brought blankets and pillows for my family, and the room was very comfy and crean. The room had nothing wrong with it and the bathroom was also clean. I would come back with my family again because of how well Maria treated us.

Would 100% stay here again during future visits to West Palm Beach! I had to check in over the phone as to not miss the check-in window after an evening flight was delayed multiple times into the early morning hours - the front desk staff over the phone and in-person when I finally did arrive were very kind and eager to help in any way. The lobby and suite smelled really good and were very clean. The double bed suite was also very spacious; the West Elm trundle bed nice touch! My stay was short with a tight schedule...I ended up hoping to have been able to stay longer to sleep in and enjoy the complimentary breakfast...it was really that wonderful of a stay. Thank You So Much Springhill Suites!

This hotel for the price these days was a good value; quiet, comfortable, decent breakfast bar although coffee kind of weak and no lactose free option to put in coffee, shower not hot enough, front desk professional and welcoming, everybody working at this hotel was nice especially for South Florida. The pluses definitely outweighed the negatives... We would definitely come back again!

Very beautiful hotel the room that I’m staying in just beautiful. This was my first trip ever to west palm beach and I was looking for a good hotel and this is good. They got a pool in the back and you get free breakfast in the morning.

Last night was such a subpar experience at a different hotel. This one is excellent, and a great price too. Jayden at the front desk has been over the top in his efforts to help us find things to do, save a few dollars on the hotel, and going out of his way to help me print some stuff.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Outstanding greeting & customer service by the gentleman working the front desk. The room & bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. We mostly took advantage of the fruit. Easy checkout. We will be back.

I was pleased with my stay here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The size also went above my expectations. Awesome customer service experience!

We stayed here for one night whilst making our way down to Miami. Its about an hours drive to Miami from here.

Hotel is nice and clean and there is on site parking and free breakfast. The room we had for 5 was large, with 2 double beds and a single sofa bed.

We would definitely stay here again, recommended.

Wonderful experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms, open gym and pool. They even have a fun wheel to spin at the front desk that awards the guest free market items or points. Great idea!
