Life Time

The Lifetime Sterling is a really nice and relaxing place to visit. It's located away from the busy traffic and noise of Fairfax County, which makes it a peaceful place to go. The staff are very friendly and professional, and they make you feel welcomed.

If you visit in the afternoon between 5-7pm, there's usually enough space to do what you want to do. There's also a kids center with a great team who not only offer child care, but also structured classes to help kids learn social and mental skills.

If you're interested in spa services or swimming, there's a full service spa and an indoor/outdoor pool with many amenities. Whether you want to focus on your fitness or just relax, the Sterling Lifetime is a great place to go.

Definitely one of the best gym I have ever been!!! Only negative side is on rush hours, they do have swimming classes and sometimes it’s hard to find spot.

I love this club, it has many recreation areas. The staff is very friendly, and the place is always clean. In terms of cost - benefit it has a high standard in quality of equipment and services.

Sean and Geta including the guy at the front desk were so helpful. I got locked out of my locker, and Sean was kind enough to help me get in. He aske how my workout was and introduced himself. GETA help me also look for my AirPods, as they were both very busy to keep the club clean. I didn’t catch the guys name at the front desk. However, he was very helpful. This is my favorite gym in the world.

The oasis of fitness and rest. It is spacious and doesn’t feel crowded even if there are a lot of club members on the floor. It has everything a person might need to stay active and rest after a good workout session. There are many great classes to choose from, different equipment, saunas, pools, and a cafe. The hair and nail salon on the premises is also a nice addition. I haven’t tried the salon yet though. For me, it is the first fitness place I want to be back again and again.

I wish I could give them a higher score. Lifetime is the best gym I have ever gone too. It is worth every penny. The children's area is amazing. I have a 10 month old and they are so sweet and good with her. They play with her so much that when she comes home she naps for hours. They are also super clean. Every single person who works there is so positive and nice. I love going the gym bc of them. Get the membership it’s will be the best thing you do for yourself.

I’ve gone to every gym in NoVa and Lifetime is the best. Yeah it’s expensive, but if you use it frequently it’s well worth it. Not to mention it’s full of the friendliest and most amazing people, both the employees and members (I’ve been a member for about 4 years and worked there in the past for 2 years)

Like all Lifetime Fitness centers I've visited, it's a great place to exercise and release stress. I really like the steam room and cardio machines. The staff is very good. It's definitely worth the money if you use it a few times weekly.

The fact that it’s open 24/7 is nice and allows me to come early in the morning maybe after a night in dc and I just wanna relax in a jacuzzi or to work out my stress. I love coming here and the food is decent although a bit pricey.

This company and location in particular are super friendly, professional, and accommodating. Shout out to the club managers, staff, custodians, and especially those taking care of the children there!

My child and me are both members, so the Kids Academy as well as the childcare services during the Winter and Summer breaks have been a great way for my kid to have fun while I am at work/working out. The facilities are always clean and there is so much space for distancing.

This gym is my favorite part of coming into the area. I kept a membership open commuting from the Bay Area last year. I'm just in town this time for family things, and it's still my favorite part of the trip. Special thanks to Samir and the desk staff.

This is hands down the BEST fitness center or gym I've ever been a member of. Numerous pools, a very wide array of workout equipment, saunas and steam rooms, and a great (albeit pricey) healthy-ish food cafe. The staff is what really makes this place stand out though. Most of them are very friendly and welcoming. They keep everyone in a positive atmosphere which, as scientific research has demonstrated, leads to GAINZ BRO. Try it out! You can pay month to month, no year long contract required. If this review doesn't convince you... Fine, more room for me to workout 😂

The place to go for physical fitness and leisure spa and more. Gym buffs and newbies will appreciate the facilities offered by Life Time. Free and fix weights are state of the art as well as the cardio equipments. Bike enthusiasts and riders no problem they have it..ski..yes...name it...they also offer excellent classes from building muscles, toning them, honing into them etc..yoga no problem..swimming indoor and outdoor..yeah...excellent place and most of all very friendly and accommodating life time team members..

I might change my review later but for now my opinion of this gym can't be better. This gym has great facilities and totally worth the money. I had very disappointing customer service experience in the past at the Fairfax location but this location seems to be fine.
Update - 2/19/2020 - I had some membership issues and Lifetime went above and beyond to take care everything for me. Customer service at Ashburn Lifetime is the best I experienced in my 20 years of gym hopping.

Visited while on vacation. Near Dulles airport. Latin dance fitness class was excellent. People extra friendly and welcoming. Newer location. Busy but not crowded. The outdoor pool was huge and especially clean.

We are regulars at the Centerville and Gainesville locations but with the grandkids now in Reston we figured we’d try out the Lifetime they will be new home location.

We a pleasant surprise! Great first time experience front the Front Desk explaining where the locker rooms and Adventure Academy were, to the Lifeguards helping with the swim test for the oldest grandkid, to a warm, helpful, and patient Cafe experience… shout out to Dorian for his help with the pizzas. Anyone with munchkins can appreciate how important pizza can be 😀.

Can wait to try the yoga classes here!

Life Time has really done a good job trying to give you as much as they can during the pandemic in as safe a way possible. Its "resort" level atmosphere, well-trained professional staff, access to healthy food, lots of activities for the whole family encouraging full participation, and free classes all make this a place you will actually use every week. Our kids have developed really good habits and attitudes around taking care of their own health because of it. We have built great memories around this place over the last 17 years!

It is a beautiful place to get in shape.
Has. Great amenities, including indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs and pickle ball.

Gym is great. Clean, equipment is near new. My favorite is swimming pool. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly and professional. In particular want to note Janel Saunders, Jose Andrade and Jacob Lepkowsky . People like them make this place the preferred choice.
