Ferraiolo Fitness, LLC

I've done trainings at Ferraiolo Fitness for several years with several different trainers, all of whom were incredible. Each had different skill sets that helped me reach my fitness goals in a variety of ways. All were friendly and knowledgable and were just as excited as me when I reached a new milestone.

I have been going to Ferrailo Fitness when it was just called Ralph Ferraiolo (8+ yrs). He is simply one of the best trainers I have every worked over a 20 year period.

We all know the saying, "Do what you love and you never worked a day in your life", well- Ralph lives that life. He loves what he does and comes across in the way he studies and hires trainers. He gets to know you and how to motivate you. He find trainers that feel the same way he feels about fitness. Both Ralph and the trainers I have meet with Ferraiolo make you feel like you are their only client.

Over the years of training with Ralph, I have improved my agility, core strength, energy, confidence and motivation to keep in shape. He has helped me recover from serious back pains and weak knees.

No matter what your fitness goals, I am certain that any of the trainers at Ferraiolo fitness will be more than able to help you get there.

After years of working out alone, I turned to Ferraiolo Fitness for help and for the past three weeks, I have been encouraged, inspired and learned a lot about my core! Not only do they tailor a program just for you, they encourage a healthy lifestyle, and offer ideas about healthy food choices. I am so happy with the results, and encourage anyone to come and visit, you won't be disappointed. Ralph is very knowledgeable, and yet sincerely cares about your personal results, he is constantly adding new exercises and that makes it fun and challenging. The hour goes by quickly and before you know it, you're finished and feeling fantastic!
