Caprice Resort by TRS, Inc. - St. Pete Beach Condo Resort

We have stayed at the Caprice several times. This last time of Sept. 2023, we had a room with faulty A/C. Leeann took care of us and we ended up being upgraded from an older one bedroom to a much nicer two bedroom for no charge! Thank you Leeann for your fantastic customer service!

Didn't stay there but been to the beach area for 4 days in a row . At night it's quiet and peaceful

I was very nervous about booking as it was our first time in Florida. The Caprice went above our expectations. Prices were better than Hilton, even with Hilton Honors. Plus, we were right on the beach! A short walk to a few local bars, but we drove everywhere because it was pretty hot and all the fun stuff we wanted to do was a 15-20 minute drive. Private parking was awesome, since it was right next to public access. You always have a spot! Everything at the Caprice was great. We stayed in #203. It was perfect. We will be back.

Love these pleasant gulf front family condos..we visit at least twice a year

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is right on the beach which is what we wanted. Our condo was so spacious and clean. Can't express how clean and beautiful every room was. Check in/out was a breeze and everyone was so helpful and friendly. My family will be returning for another vacation. We will recommend this place to everyone. Please just remember this is not a hotel. You are renting a condo.

Stayed in October, had issues that were addresses and resolved easily. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The views are AMAZING. The beach is steps away. Restaurants, shopping, bars and the best ice cream are within walking distance. Great lawn and deck area out front.

We were able to check into our room earlier than expected so the kids were able to hit the beach right away. The office staff was friendly and even helped us retrieve our keys after they accidentally got thrown away by our son. The pool was great and our boys spent a ton of time there. Great location! Our toilet did break twice while we were there but they maintenance staff fixed it both times within 24hrs. Coming back next year!

Older building but our condo was well maintained. Nice furnishings and had a great view from the balcony. Parking spaces/lot are a bit tight especially if you have a bigger truck or SUV. Pool area was very nice, there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. My family would stay here again.

This is a WONDERFUL place to stay on Saint Pete Beach! Right on the beach with excellent views from the balcony. Nice pool and lounge area. Their on site customer service is outstanding! We regularly stay here when we are here.

Great location, right on the beach and it has a fence around the back of the property so if you didn't want to go out to the public beach you could still be in the sand. Rooms were nice and clean. It would be nice if there was a hot tub but otherwise really nice place and well maintained.

The Caprice is beautiful. It's quiet and relaxing. The beach in front of the Caprice is toward the end of the beach, so it's a little secluded, almost like a private beach.... It's away from the hotels, so the beach is no where near as crowded. The staff is polite & friendly. The grounds are impeccably maintained. Regarding other reviews, the condo units are individually owned, so décor is unique to each unit. The unit I stayed in, 502, is modern and up-to-date, and absolutely beautiful. The balcony has perfect view of the beach!

We were pleased to find a clean facility, comfortable, well-maintained condo, nice clean pool. The best thing about this place is the mandatory quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Your view of the ocean will depend a great deal on which particular condo you rent, just bear in mind. I would love to come again.

Our room was nice. The community is very friendly. The resort has a pool and a lawn before you get to the beach. The quiet hours are great and create a peaceful atmosphere. You can hear the waves coming in.

Excellent! ! The office assistant manager Leann was great! She explained everything very professionally. The stay was very nice & the Condo #205 was very clean & updated. We will be back.

Mother and her wedding party stayed at this great resort. Whoever built it could have considered more staircases and a layout that makes sense but hey it was nice to visit for the views, clean rooms, ocean and pool. Right next to Rick's Reef which is a great place to eat, drink and mingle.

We've stayed here every year for many years. You won't find a better condo experience in St Pete. Great rates, awesome views, beautiful private beach area, pool is very nice, all the units are updated and comfortable, the staff is great and it's a very quiet and relaxing experience.
