Noel is Great. He provides excellent service to each client, tailoring the workout regimen to the individual client’s needs. He works with you, motivates and pushes you to complete each session, without being a drill sergeant. Noel constantly checks in with his clients, and makes adjustments to their needs considering where the client is in their health and fitness journey. Noel’s motivation is to mold his clients to cultivate health and fitness as a lifestyle change and not just looking fit.

Noel has been my personal trainer for many years and through many health challenges. I have been working with Noel since June 2012. He is by far the best trainer that I have worked with. He is very flexible in his timing to work with clients. He also is very adaptable to various challenges. For instance when I broke my leg he continued working with me on upper body strength. When Covid hit he was able to adapt and go online. Noel is the most accountable, responsible and punctual trainer I have ever met.
