We had the pleasure of being g helped by Nadya in the phone department today and can say what a wonderful person. She helped us to troubleshoot to get a phone transfered. Wow does she have knowledge and patience. Thank you Nadya so much!!! You are very appreciated 👏!

This Target looks like a "flagship" store. With plenty of space, and traffic, there seems to be a lot more assortment at this location as well as branded sections. The store has a built-in grocery section that's pretty expensive for Target. In addition it has some specialty section such as a bulk section in a seasonal area. The only things I don't like about this target is its location, it's extremely busy in and around the short pump area. Also one of the things I don't like about this target is they are stocking during busy or peak hours which means you have to fight through carts of merchandise that are being put on the shelves.

We were looking for clothes for a young girl whose name we picked on a Christmas tree. We had no idea of what clothing is popular with 10yo girls. An assistant heard us talking and immediately jumped in to help pick the cuties shirts and pants and bead making kit. 👍

Cashier was extremely helpful by introducing me as well as the customer before me to the Target app allowing us to take advantage of additional savings.

Manager John has great customer service and problem solving skills. This store should appreciate him as a role model leader.

Met with Elliott in Tech Dept to replace the SIM card in my Consumer Cellular phone. She was so friendly and so helpful. She even activated the phone for me without my even asking. So refreshing to meet someone who takes customer service to the next level.

I enjoy coming here because they have better quality products and the customer service is much better than Wal-Mart.

The water I obtained from the Starbucks here was the most immaculately refreshing, delicious, crisp, earth shattering, and life altering water I’ve ever consumed in my years I’ve lived. It truly changed the trajectory of my life forever.

I always expect a good shopping experience at Target, because the stores are clean, I like their brands & prices, and the people working there and shopping there are nice to each other. Tonight my cashier was extremely helpful and kind - she exceeded my expectations ten-fold! Thank you for hiring great people to represent your business.

Pickup via drive-up was easy, fast, and convenient. I ordered and paid for the product, then picked it up the next day. All team members were following COVID guidelines (wearing masks, placed items in trunk) and were very polite.

I went to Target on Christmas Eve, desperate for things on my list, toys, as well as grocery items and gifts. I was AMAZED that I was able to find EVERYTHING on my list at one store that was NOT WALMART!!! Not that Walmart is bad, just huge and crowded. My sons & their wives have always bragged about Target, yet I had not had an experience at a Target that completely sold me on shopping there. I was in the frozen grocery isle and found an item I paid $12.00 for at my local Food Lion, and it was priced $7.99 at Target and it was NOT on sale!!! I was able to complete my grocery needs and gift shopping all at Target in a pleasant environment with friendly representatives and save money!!! You have WON a new customer!!!

Excellent kind mindful focused service by Target STARBUCKS Barista & Cashier Ms Niawasa Jadcson- she acknowledged me as the primary customer even after I let another customer go ahead of me on the line. She made me a super delicious Frappuccino & I’m very impressed by her meticulousness & handling the cafe alone making sure every customer is satisfied! Wow she should be recognized& commended by her Target Employer & STARBUCKS! I’m returning for sure! Thank you Ms Niawasa for your lovely efficient service! You’ve set the bar high!

Tiffany was AMAZING, in the pharmacy, at Short Pump, West Broad location. She was so sweet & helpful. They are incredibly lucky to have her!!!

Huge variety of items/one stop shopping. Target is clean, has quality products and ample parking. I buy cosmetics, personal items, seasonal items, toys, entertainment, and sometimes grocery items. I have not had a bad experience shopping.
